“The price was very competitive, and the watch I ordered arrived very promptly. Unfortunately, the presentation box had been damaged in transit, and as it is a present, I was a little dismayed. However, after a quick email, without any questions, they immediately sent me a replacement box, which arrived the next day & was perfect. Excellent prices, excellent speed of delivery, & excellent customer service. I would definitely use First Class Watches again & would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Well done!”

“Website design is just amazing for purchasing watches (description and comparision btw watches). Free next day delivery is another thing that will make you definitely stand out among the online watch sellers. One thing that was lacking is publicity. I was sceptic to order a watch from you as i have never heard of your website before. Overall first class watches is the best place to buy watches as u offer a great price and good delivery options.”

“Arrived as promised, although I'm not sure it was the size as requested. I'd measured my wrist and my old watch and asked for the new one to be the same size, when it arrived it was too small..... but easy to put the links back in and all is well!!”

“I have to admit to being a little sceptical about the claims of such prompt delivery, but I was wrong. I ordered it late on Friday and it arrived on Monday! Brilliant! Many thanks to you all.
