“Used this site and another to find a tutor. No one replied from the other site but we were contacted immediately by the tutor from here. The whole process was very quick and easy from finding her to paying and organising a session. Very pleased with the entire service and would recommend.”

“Confusing process to get in contact with the tutor...Admin fast with responses when there was an issue with an email ( ie a phone number exchanged) but slow off the mark when asked to clarify the process.”

“Very efficient and effective, I was introduced to the tutors that I was looking for and I was easily able to follow the steps to arrange grinds with the tutor that I picked. It's was so easy and I was so pleased with the results that I am now looking for grinds for another subject”

“It wasn't obvious to me that First Tutors is in effect an introduction agency, and that you pay them for the introduction. Thereafter it's up to you to communicate directly with the tutor and First Tutors are no longer involved. The whole process didn't seem that clear to me, but in effect the Tutor allows their details to be released via First Tutors once you have set up your first lesson. We wanted to talk to the Tutors beforehand over the phone, but that's not possible until you've agreed to take them on, as it's only then that you can get their phone number.”
