the packaging was rubbish cheap and messy !! when i am buying expensive designer garments i expect good packaging . Also one of the Vivienne Westwood t shirts i ordered had a big clump of cotton hanging out of seam under armpit although i understand this is not Flannels fault i feel they should have spotted it when packaging !!

Hugo boss belt advertised at a width of 3 cm. I prefer suit belts at this width hence i was very happy to buy it. However, when the belt arrived it was a wider belt ie 35mm which, in my view starts to make suit belts more like a belt for a pair of jeans. So overall not especially happy when i could have bought a similar width Hugo Boss belt some £12 cheaper. Hence the rating. Please ensure that the product as advertised match the description.

I ordered a polo shirt with a white Stone Island badge. I got one with a black badge, not happy.

I paid for next day delivery and one if the items came the following day which meant I had to travel twice to collect . Also you have to pay for returns , most do a free returns service . Also I received an unrequested Sports Direct mug with my order - why would I want this ?

The packaging for the belt was in pieces near enough, also I had to return the polo as it had white marks/stains running through it. I’m still waiting for a reply off you as I stated I wanted it swapping for another one that’s in the right condition.

My last order was a Versace tshirt it had a big black mark on the front so I sent it back, still waiting for an email to say you have received it and a refund

Up to date product however disappointed with the correspondence with returns and don’t think the packaging reflects the ‘luxury’ nature of the products.

Ordered the CP company black lightweight hoodie. Arrived with deep creases and had stitching missing around the pocked leaving a hole you could put your finger through it also had threads hanging out around the shoulder. At £160 quid + I would have expected it to be absolutely mint. I now have to pay to send it back and front up the time and postage which I will not get back. On the plus side, it arrived quickly.

Paid next day delivery and didn’t come until 2 days after Off-white Top came without any labels on it Seemed to look like the top had been returned by another customer and then sold to me without tags So over all not the best experience

I bought a winter coat from the main store in Cardiff..I tried on the coat and enquired what the size was (it wasn't standard) she told me a size 8. It felt a tad large but thought this was the style (winter down puffer) and bought the coat. When I got home I looked up the coat to discover it was in fact a 10 I had bought. I phoned the store to inform them what had happened and see if they had a smaller size hitch they didn’t. They told me to either keep the coat (which was too large) or return for a credit note. It was now that I found out that the shop could not order in the smaller size which was on the flannels website to exchange due to it being a sale item? Like- what’s the difference?? So I returned the item for a credit note and the sales assistant then showed me how to use the credit note on the website..but it was so strange that she could show me how to order but not actually complete the order in store? Anyway..I returned home and bought the smaller size off the web with the credit note..but I had to pay extra for delivery. The coat turned up in record time and I tried it on..great fit! But that’s when I noticed the security tag was still on the hood!?! I mean... how did it leave the depo with it on?.. I called flannels customer service to be told I had to return to the nearest main store to get it removed!! What a farce... but she did refund me the £6.99 delivery charge! Not worth the 2 x car parking tickets and petrol I will have had used at the end of this whole escapade.... no sure the coat was worth all the effort!
