The item was delivered on time however I felt the postage of £6.99 was excessive it was a very light when I have posted a the week before tracked as light as this one it cost £3.50. before I purchased the size was not available in Sheffield. I tried to contact Nottingham and Birmingham shop for two days there was no answer at either.

Parcel came in for packaging. The parcel itself was not packaged well and was ripped. The box in which Calvin Klein boxers were in was broken

I placed my order at around 1pm on a Monday afternoon and opted for next day delivery at the charge of £9.99. I then received an email a couple of days later stating that my package would be delivered on Friday. I then received a further email stating that my package would in fact be delivered on Thursday (which it was). I looked on your website to try and complain about this, but could not contact you due to limited options and no direct email address being presented. My order value was over £400, yet I still had to pay delivery. I then opted for next day delivery, with the package not being delivered the next day. I think that this is unacceptable. I also feel that the customer having to pay for returns is outrageous when an order of this value is placed. I returned the majority of the order out of principal and will not be shopping with you again. I get the impression that Flannels wishes for itself to be seen as an upmarket establishment due to the brands that it stocks. However, the approach is amateurish at best!

Sent goods back for exchange 2 and a half weeks ago and haven't heard anything since. No refund received. Good delivery service. Poor aftercare.

Kept getting giving a different date to when my parcel was going to be delivered and then when it did arrive the box was absolutely filthy.

A little disappointed, I paid for next day delivery and had to wait a week for my shoes, and then when they did arrive the shoes which was £795 was all scuffed on the bottom.

Quick delivery- however when I returned he item to change size, I have no further updates on whether the item is going to be exchanged or has even been delivered.... the updates are poor as the item is a present for a loved one with great value and I have no idea whether I will get my money or the item back in the right size

Very surprised to find that when ordering online, you can no longer return in store as I have previously done so, or even exchange for a different size, very disappointing as I often place orders and. Find it so much easier to just pop in and swap sizes if needed

After a few purchases from flannels now I’m still only left feeling disappointed. Good come which are poor quality, & I have to pay to return then. Never again

I paid next day delivery and it took 5 days to be delivered to NI. Don’t charge if you known it will take so long. Also paying over £400 for trainers even anything over £200 do it free delivery. Im paying £5.99 for 3-5 day delivery and know its not making that time line.

First of all i sent a eamil to cancel my order and there was no reply , then i wanted to return the product and had to pay delivery even tho i had paid £9.99 for delivery anyway. Outrageous

Errors occur on the app so therefore I ordered on website The option for next day delivery ends up arriving more than “next day” so why did I have to pay the £9.99. But your customer service people helped me by responding to my email and this was sorted

Ordering online was straightforward and simple however paying the extra money to get my order the next Day.. with the one hour slot was not the case didn't happen and the reply I got From Abbi was not acceptable.

Been ordering from flannels since the past 3-4 years spending a lot of money. Latest purchase was a t shirt that took 7 days to be delivered to which I also paid 5.99 for. Customers who purchase quite a lot should be rewarded surely or get exclusive perks. Really shocking and disappointed

I’m confused !! I returned an item to ask for an exchange 18/06/19 Recorded delivery I’ve sent a few emails to check my return Royal Mail are trying to deliver to unit D but I’m told your post code does not bring up your address? I’m worried where my return is ? As I did what was suggested regarding return and used he return address slip ?
