I purchased trainers from @flannelsfashion for £145, which fell apart after 2 months of light use. Despite providing evidence, they’ve refused a refund or replacement and insist on a drawn-out process. Extremely disappointed by the lack of resolution. 3rd world retailer, do not go near this blag shop ,try all the tricks to keep your money once youv,e left that bagdad market. Rathet shop in st johns. Paid cash for items, returned 2 day,s later , said here,s a credit note that can only be used instore ARE YOU FREAKIN SERIOUS. BE WARNED. DO NOT BUY,

at my local flannels shop in denton they had no size medium left in the item i wanted , so i asked when they would have it, they said 5 days time so i went to pay to collect next week they then said it would cost me an additional £7.99 what a con they want me to pay for their stock , needles to say i went elsewhere to shop

Extremely poor service do not buy any goods from this company. They refuse refunds even though goods are returned are in pristine condition. You also have to pay to return. So, not only do they keep your money they also make you pay to post your return which they keep!! They send generic letters stating good weren't returned in the a saleable condition. I asked for proof and they cant provide anything. I am taking them to trading standards and will be using social media! I brought a coat for £240 which was too small which is why I returned. There business lacks integrity and practices are subpar.

The most abysmal customer service I have ever experienced DO NOT purchase anything from this company. I refunded a perfectly pristine coat for £240 as it was too small. They will not refund me saying it was sent back unwearable. This is untrue. Do not purchase anything from them.

Awful service. Paid using their 'frasers' credit option. I returned the items and now I haven't had a refund. Flannels keep telling me to contact frasers directly, but frasers dont respond to any messages or emails, and there is no alternative contact. Flannels now have no solution to resolve this, even though this is a service offered by them! They have no interest in me getting my refund, so I am now out of pocket.

Shocking treatment and poor customer service I bought a jacket which was too small . They refused to exchange and returned the coat to me saying it was dirty and worn . The coat was sent back in original packing with labels attached . I will escalate this to ombudsman if I don’t get a resloution

Absolute zero customer service , it’s impossible to speak to anyone , no phone number , web chat and whatsapp is just a useless bot, nobody answers emails. Completely impossible to change an order even 30 secs after it’s submitted, unable to cancel or change delivery address. Won’t be using in the future

Ordered some Represent shoes, upon delivery I did t like so returned the next day. Received email saying they did not meet returns policy and would be returned, upon arrival shoes in different packaging and dirty. I contacted them to state this and received email stating now outside of 28 day return window. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and a company which defrauds it’s customers beware

I bought an expensive watch from Flannels. They sent me an item in a tattered Casio box that was held together by sellotape. The watch itself was faulty, and was also wrapped up in sellotape. When I alerted Customer Service they told me that this had happened in transit, and that it was not their mistake. This was ridiculous, since the item came in a Fraser's bag that had been unopened. It obviously was an item that had been returned to Fraser's, and which they tried to fob off on another customer as new--for 400 euro! Frasser's refused to admit that the item was nothing but pristine, even though I sent them a photo of the box. They offered me a free return, but wanted me to fill in paperwork. This created a loop, so that I ended up talking to more than 6 customer service representatives, over the phone (they hung up on me after a couple of seconds), via chat and via emails (lots of them). I spent over two days on this. They still refuse to explain to me how they could have sent me a used, faulty item that was held together by sellotape, for 400 euro. AVOID!

I have bought lots of designer items form flannels but I purchased a Canada goose zip sweater after 5 weeks and worn once the sleeve threads came apart and the flannels online help team are not interested they are palming me off to Canada goose Even tho I read the policy flannels say after 30 days the would exchange if faulty joke well flannels you have lost a good customer I must have spent thousands in your stores and the first issue I have I get palmed off don’t think I will return that’s for sure don’t bother people no support when it’s faulty at all

They may be cheap but unfortunately I’ve found the reason….they do not honour the manufacturer warranty on the garments they sell! Buyer Beware!!!!!

Send out appealing goods and refuse to take them back for refund??? Shocking customer service can’t answer any question straight and then stop responding. Will not buy from them again!! Avoid at all costs

Purchased a pair of Mallet trainers in July & they’ve gone faulty & materiial has come apart, shop want a receipt in which I can’t seem to find, I’ve explained I’m not asking for my money back I just them either repaired or replaced they are refusing without a receipt I wouldn’t mind but they were £170 you wouldn’t expect to have to return them, I’ve been treated disgracefully by this Company, i will put them all over Social media if I have to.
