“I ordered 2 pair shoes from this website 4/15/19. It's a month later and no shoes, no correspondence. I emailed the the address to inquire about my order and received a message from a Michael saying this is a busy time and my order would be Shipped out shortly. I emailed a second time and no response. Whoever reads these reviews please do not order from FLIPMODA, this is a bogus site who are robbing honest hard working people of their money with no intentions of delivering your merchandise. I'm livid as hell I allowed myself to fall for this. Hopefully my credit card company will reimburse me of these fraudulent charges.”

“If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is a scam company and people need to be cautious. It's been 45 days and I still have no order. I have emailed customer service and in horribly broken English, I'm told that and I quote, "We apologize for the inconvenient caused to you, your package has been sent out. Due to the busy season of sales, the tracking information will update later. I contact post office and they busy. Your package will arrive soon." I have requested a full refund several times and they won't answer. Such BS and they are a complete joke.”
“Ordered over a month ago. Got a tracking number the day after I ordered but STILL was saying pending. I emailed them and the email came back with an address for Michael but actually came back with Anna at the bottom. All in broken English and a very scripted answer about how they contacted the post office and it much be that they haven’t updated the tracking information. Yesterday I emailed again stating that there are still no updates. They emailed back from the “Michael” account stating they were busy and that’s why I didn’t have them. “DEFINITELY a scam. Ordered on 3/27 and immediately got a confirmation with a tracking number that cannot be clicked on or found on any shipping site. No update so on 4/8 I emailed the customer service email on their website and someone redirected me to email a different address. So I did, and their response was:
"Dear customer,
We're sorry to have kept you waiting. The item you choosed is the hot product. It takes 3-5 days for the preparation. We will try our best to proceed the order for you. Hope you can kindly understand.

Told them it's been 11 business days with no update, their response:

I have emailed and they say my package was misplaced at the post office but they are pushing it to be shipped- still haven't gotten an update since then. The website is a scam and I am guessing I will never receive these shoes. Do Not Order from Flipmoda!”
