“We purchased the Sutton Signature line. The floors are beautiful, the installer loved putting them in. He said it was one of the easiest installs he has done. After they were installed, we noticed 2 boards had slight imperfections. I contacted Flooret and within a week I had replacement boards. The imperfections were not visible unless you caught them in a certain light. I will be purchasing from Flooret for my future projects!”

“Although I like the flooring more than anything else I’ve seen made by other brands, I will not purchase from Flooret. I’m concerned how long shipping will take, the cost to ship back any boxes not used, the cost if I order too few and have to purchase only 1 or 2 boxes extra. I’d rather work with someone local where I can easily pick up and/or return. I wish I could return the samples I purchased for a full refund. But I do not believe Flooret allows that. If they did, I’m sure shipping would be at my expense. It’s just not worth it.”

“I got the Arlo and I love it! It's beautiful and durable. We had two paint spills the first week we had it. I'm talking major amounts of paint. It cleaned up beautifully, I was blown away. My son has this flooring in his house. It stands up to my two grandkids and his dog and cat very well. Did I mention how beautiful it is? Love it! I would highly recommend this flooring!!!”

“We love the samples and think we'd finally have decided on Lachan and Yuzen Signature for our bedrooms, walking closets and two bathrooms. We will actually combine the two in the master areas, it looks beautiful, and just use Yuzen in the other two bdrms and jack and jill. Have to figure out sq footage, etc. And get an order in, so excited! Flooret is so beautiful!”

“At first I was nervous about working with an online company to make such an important decision for our home but after reading reviews I decided to include Flooret in our search. The customer service has been amazing. Any time I’ve had a question someone has been able to knowledgeably respond via Live Chat within minutes. Shipping for the cut samples was extremely fast. I’m still waiting for our planks. But it is so helpful to have easy access to samples to test them out in our home. I also loved the online tool where you can take a picture of your home and see a pretty realistic version of what the floors look like in your home. Flooret is using the internet in the best way possible to provide excellent customer service.”

“We ordered Flooret in Pomeroy Signature and may be ordering more. I recommend a good vinyl plank cutter or miter saw for cross cuts and a circular saw for rip cuts. It is so heavy that a sharp utility knife did not work and went through a bunch of jig saw blades. Looks really nice.”

“The product is good. We used it in a new residential construction hours, 2600sqft, 4 bed 4 baths with a triple RV garage. So far the product has held up well. It was easy to install and looks nicer than your big box brands, but I have used Lifeproof several times and this is comparable, but much more cost. I'm happy with the product, however, about 20 cases of flooring arrived damaged or severely damaged. The packaging they used was very poor to say the least. We contacted the company and were told they were going to send out 20 new cases to replace the damaged ones. We never received them, even after multiple contacts with the company. They basically placed the cases on a pallet and wrapped them a couple of times in cheap pallet wrapping plastic. All of the pallets arrived with at least some damage to some cases. Their customer service appears to be very poor and they do NOT stand behind their product like they claim. See pictures.”

“I’m so impressed with the samples I’ve received from Flooret! Way better quality than a lot of the LVP I’ve looked at, and very realistic looking. My son keyed one of the samples super deep and it blended right in after I rubbed off the wear layer shavings. Super impressed and will definitely be going with this flooring once I decide on the color.”

“I ordered two planks as a sample. They look great and is so much better to be able to see a full plank as opposed to just a tiny piece sample. The product looks very well made and does look like real wood”

“I really liked the quality and feel of the samples but I’m not totally sold on the colors. I will most likely request additional samples in alternate colors and possibly the full size plank sample. The white color in the grain of one of the grey boards does not appeal to me.”
