“The company was great to work with, from obtaining samples, to advice on my project, to ordering and delivery. Installation went well once I figured out how to tell when the edges were really properly seated. I think the instructions could be improved by some close-up photos of correct joints and some that are nearly, but not quite, correct, and with a better description of how the long edge of a new plank naturally rests at an angle that drops as the plank is tapped into place. It's now been about 4 months since I finished installing the flooring in two adjoining rooms, and we're very happy with it. I'll probably be ordering more in the future.”

“They have been great so far. Devin has been quick to respond and to send out samples. Always had answers to questions quickly. They seem like a very customer-centric company. Based on just my interaction I would defiantly work with them again.”

“Great quality flooring and huge planks. We were deciding between elmstead and tilden and decided on tilden. Elmstead was a little bit too brown and had a little bit of red hint. We wanted Tilden to have a tiny more brown, but we are going to go with Flooret due to the quality and this is pretty close to what we wanted.”

“I ordered some samples. I have looked at flooring samples from the two national big box hardware stores and two online companies. When I compare all the samples, the Flooret samples look the most like real wood. I like the thicker wear layer and built in padding.”

“Customer service has been wonderful! The flooring samples that we received are beautiful and of exceptional quality. The wear layer is significantly thicker than any other flooring we saw and the planks are wider and longer as well. We ordered the Ashford and can’t wait to install it!”

“The colors are beautiful, the quality is excellent and the customer service is amazing. I am in the process of making my color choice and will be using Flooret in my home. One of my samples was on backorder so I emailed and asked if I could substitute it for one of the newer colors they had. And a few hours later my back ordered sample was in transit, so they emailed me and said they would send me a cut order of the new color anyhow. Not only that, but they are sending me three! No charge.”

“This brand seems very sturdy and durable, plus I loved the overall look and details seen on the samples we received. The samples were great - bigger cuts than usually received by other brands which is much appreciated. (Who can make a decision based on a 3”x3” square?!) We went through many samples in different brands, shopped around quite a bit, and put hours and hours of research into LVP flooring. I wish there were more color options because unfortunately we were unable to find a Flooret color to fit what we needed; it’s the ONLY thing that kept us from purchasing!”

“Very nice product Wish there were more color choices esp one to resemble a honey oak to butterscotch 2.25 Bruce hardwood Have called several times with questions Great to get to a real person quickly Knowledgeable, and helpful reps!”
