“I have yet to install the flooring, but comparing the samples to other samples you can see the difference. They link nicely, look great, and have a very thick wear layer (which is probably overkill, but that's better than underkill).”

“The floors look amazing but compared to smaller planks they are awful to install really hard to get every plank perfectly fitted in. We had to end up getting professional installers in and they said the same thing really difficult to install. It was nice to have less tedious work (smaller planks are tedious as hell) but you must have the pattern PERFECT because on planks this large it’s super obvious. Also flooret lies about shipping times. I ordered transitions that said they would ship October first and it’s now November 17th and no stair transitions. But they keep updating the expected date on the product page so people will keep buying. Overall I would never recommend flooret. The floors look nice enough but I don’t like dealing with a company this dishonest especially when I’ve spent 10,000 with them already.”

“Samples look great. In my unscientific damage test, the signature collection (40mil) did far better than other flooring options. The base collection (20mil) didn't fare as well, but not terrible.”

“After doing a good deal of research and visiting a local flooring store, I order some samples from Flooret. I was so impressed with the quality of the samples and the reasonableness of the price! We are working now to find the right color.”

“The quality of the tiles is very high. I've compared them to tiles from big box stores, luxury tile shops, and other online sellers and have found that I much prefer the colors and the overall look of the Flooret tiles. I'm also impressed by the wear layer being so high. Ultimately, we decided on the Base because we like the microbevels and the width of the planks best. The only snag we had is that we were sent mislabeled samples. I only realized it after receiving the full plank that looked different than the samples. Their customer service is very good. There were no hold times and texts were responded to within 30 minutes. They resent the samples at no cost and I received them within a couple days. My suggestion is to buy get all the samples you like and then get 2 full size planks to really make your decision.”

“I didn't know anything about hardwood floors a month ago. So of course, I went to Lowe's. While it felt like I was getting info, I found out later I it wasn't so much info as an opinion, and in the context of what they had available. Same with Home Depot. So I went online and studied flooring. I started just looking for a 20mil wear layer, but while that is super important, there is SO much more to flooring and Flooret hits EVERY SINGLE point you want in flooring. I found other brands that would be ok, but why would I want just ok? I'm just an average person who wants to know what they're getting when they spend thousands of dollars. There is no flooring out there that will hit ALL the high standards for less than $4/ft, much less the $2.75/ft that Flooret offers in their base product. I'm so glad I decided to dig into it a little. I will be able to look at my floors and see so much more than really pretty floors.”

“The samples were beautiful, and very well packaged. I ordered 3 full sized planks on different colors. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 samples had chipped or broken edges at some point, where the planks should lock in. Despite being well packaged in car lard with padding. That makes me concerned about how many planks would be damaged in a full order.”

If you reach out to our support team at 1-800-700-8122, we'd be more than happy to help you out with some replacement samples! Additionally, while plank samples are sent via standard postage, your full order will be shipped via commercial freight and the boxes will be palletized and fully secured. Full orders almost always arrive in perfect condition and in the event that there is damage, we will replace 100% of the damaged product as soon as possible so you can complete your installation on schedule. “I am so pleased with the quality of the samples I ordered as well as the speed to which they arrived. The cost was reasonable so I ordered three different types of sample (two each for variation comparison). I love the large planks!”
