“Very pleased overall with the planks. My only less-than-stellar feedback: 1.) Having five design variations instead of four would've made a great improvement to my installation. I realize this increases production costs, but I feel this is the only thing competitors have an edge over Flooret with. I also realize my large open space exacerbated the issue and it probably wouldn't be as big of an issue in smaller spaces. 2.) The edge bevels have a tendency to chip if during production they are raised above the plank surface more than normal. There was actually a good bit of chipping out of the box. 3.) I've found the wear layer is susceptible to scratching leaving a whitish mark a little easier than I would've hoped. Some minor improvements to the durability of the edge beveling and/or the markability would make Flooret planks a perfect product.”

“The flooring itself seems fine. Installation went OK for a 1st time DIY. The flooring has been down since February and I have no complaints. Shipping was another issue. Only ordered 19 boxes. When received the boxes on the pallet were askew, they were only secured by 2 banding straps and not wrapped. Wrapping would have taken a few minutes. One box was damaged by the careless packing method.”

“So far they have been very helpful and easy to get samples from. They did send two planks of the wrong color, hence only 4 stars. The products seems great, but the colors of the samples do not seem to align as closely with the pictures as I would like.”

“Flooring easy to install and looks great. I would highly recommend the flooring. I'd stay away from the stairing product because bullnose pieces are only 48 in long and reply soley upon glue for installation.”

“I only received samples to review. The colors are great - Palka & Nakan - both good neutral options. I am giving it 4 stars only because I feel like you can see the thick top layer at certain angles and it makes the wood look very fake BUT at the same time, that layer is what will protect the wood from damage. We have ordered full planks to get a better picture!”

“Samples i received are very good quality. Ordered a few full length samples of the same line to get a good idea of the vailable patern. I recommend doing this. Fortunately doing so moved me to choose another line.”

“This flooring looks great. The thick wear layer, realistic prints/textures, foam pad, etc. are all very good specs for the price and we couldn't find anything that could compete from our local flooring store. My only complaint is that some of the samples we ordered were WILDLY DIFFERENT than the pictures on the website. They were so bad that we new immediately we didn't like them when we opened the box. Not a huge deal, but we did spend $10 each for them and I hate wasting materials. We also had an issue with one of our sample orders that was going to arrive late (we had to make a decision before a price increase on another product). I sent an email to customer service and they addressed it by sending us an overnight shipment of replacement samples. Pretty solid customer service.”

“Pros: Love the thickness of the Flooret, looks nice, pretty color, wider planks are great! :) Cons: The darker color shows every single speck of dirt! If you are replacing floors it might be better, but when building a new house in the dirt it's been a nightmare, and any dirt will supposedly scratch the surface--ouch! Also, some pieces look like they were "stamped" twice and blurry-looking on the floor compared to others. Too late now, we only had just enough to finish our project so we just try not to look at those pieces. :(”

“This is a review of Flooret samples. I have not ordered and installed flooring yet. Flooret has some wonderful features: 40 mil wear layer, embossed in signature, large, sturdy planks, etc. Unfortunately, even after ordering samples of a fairly wide variety of designs, including two full planks of Gibson Signature, I am still undecided. The online photos are SO terrible--most of them overexposed and not true to color, so you absolutely HAVE TO get samples. Some of the designs (like Gibson) supposedly have a fair amount of variation in the plank shading. However, the two samples I received were almost identical, so not at all helpful in seeing the true color range. The one thing I dislike about this flooring is the enhanced bevels. I have dogs, and those bevels looks like they will collect every dog hair and piece of debris that lands on them. This may be a deal breaker for me.”

“I’ve only received samples so far, but one thing I can say is that you have to buy the samples because the colors didn’t look much like what I saw on my computer. Especially Tilden, which I thought would be the perfect mix of brown and grey, but turned out to be much more grey. But I’ve gotten samples from Flooret, Cali Bamboo, LL flooring, Shaw, and Lifeproof, and I’ve decided that Flooret is the best product. Besides the wear layer being the thickest, the padding on the back is also nice and squishy. I plan to replace my entire main level with Flooret Palka.”

“Samples are shipped very quickly and are packaged well. I would strongly recommend getting samples of the various styles you're interested in as they look a lot different than the pictures online. The styles we thought we liked by their pictures looked much different when we received the actual sample planks. We'll be placing our order soon!”

“Jardin samples are of good quality but have much more white than is shown in the pics on the website. Too much white for my use.”
