“Floors look nice, install was fairly easy. The pieces are very heavy, so you need a big hammer to knock them into place. We were able to install our whole main level over the weekend with the help of a few friends. They have held up well over the past 4 months, despite a dog and toddler. I've noticed a few scratches from where our couch has been sitting, so will need to put protectors on the furniture feet. We get lots of compliments on how it looks. Biggest complaint: delivery. The delivery driver refused to back the truck into our driveway, and also refused to help me unload the pallets. I had to hand unpack the (very heavy) flooring boxes onto the street, then carry them up to the house. I was not anticipating this and did not have extra help to watch my daughter so I had to ask the neighbor to come over. NOT the service I would expect after paying $300 for delivery, and definitely left me feeling less than satisfied with Flooret. Overall, I would still recommend Flooret flooring, but am very disappointed with their delivery service.”

We do our best to communicate exactly what a curbside delivery entails to our customers, but it sounds like we may not have accurately done that in your case. From the way you described the delivery service you received, everything went as we would expect a curbside delivery to go. The driver is only required to leave the pallets at the curb in front of your house. “The floors are well made and very nice looking. I like the wearability, look and also the cushion backing that both insulated and dampens noise. We have used Flooret twice now. We selected Sutton first and Arlo for our second project. Simply because Sutton was out of stock. Both were installed in unheated spaces. The Sutton has so far been excellent (Cabin gets to zero in the winter). The Arlo was just installed. I would buy this product again.”

“I narrowed my color choices down to 2 and then ordered the samples. Both were beautiful and rich looking. I have been getting a lot of opinions from my friends and we all agree that either product would look fabulous.”

“We tried out several samples and have loved them all! The quality is outstanding. They look absolutely beautiful. Picking our favorite has been difficult but I think the Nakan wins. It’s nice a light which will help my old closed off home feel a little more open but it still has some nice warm tones which is what I like about the medium/darker wood looks such as the Brenwick!”

“Great customer service, top-quality floors that are gorgeous (we purchased Nakan for our home and Sutton for an install we did at my parents. Both are beautiful)! Be sure to get a couple full length samples before choosing, this helped us tremendously as tones can look different in person than in pictures/videos. I would say this about any flooring from any company. Highly recommend!”

“Very impressed with the offering. Ordered 6 samples that came quickly and all were beautiful and excellent in quality. Still trying to decide WHICH one we will select. May come down to which one we can get the quickest since we love them all. :)”

“I would recommend getting several different color samples because the colors are a little different than what they appear in the photos. The 12" samples give a good idea of what the finished floor will look like. I will be ordering flooring soon.”
