“waited week for samples to come chose what we wanted but when went to order no longer on sale”

“After wanting to pick up my own flooring I was given the privilege of paying a £20 picking fee which is totally appalling and everyone I have told just laughed at the idea of it. I won’t be shopping with you again. Thanks Sole trader”

“We found this company on google and nearly ordered online but wanted to check a colours of the flooring vs radiator pipe caps etc so visited the showroom. Confirmed everything and ordered in store. At no point did the staff mention if you want to return excess packs that this is only possible if purchased online. Great staff and helpful in warehouse and good sales assistants in store; appalling phone manner for enquiries; great product; great price; terrible communication and policy regarding excess returns so please order online! Have several packs left over and hence poor score - otherwise it’d be a 5 star review. Mark”

“the vynl flooring arrived damaged with puncture holes and scuffing in an undamaged outer wrapping which suggests to me it was damaged, unnoticed, before wrapping.. Please check goods before wrapping.”

“Excellent service and the website was easy to navigate, we needed to match some oak flooring that we'd previously had and all the correct information and sizes were available. Great delivery and kept us up to date on times etc. Would highly recommend.”

“We ordered our vinyl plates last September. We have to say that our floor arrived on schedule, only very few pieces had any defects and in general, we were happy with the quality of the product. We would like to highlight Jeni's good attention, both by phone and by email, regarding the information about the order. However, the treatment given by Russel Kitsof was rude and careless in terms of communication with the customer. If I have to place another order another time, I will order from another company that offers SMS communication in terms of delivery tracking.”

“£105 delivery is excessive. Flooring was awful qualifty. Spent £500 & was unable to use it. Save your money, don't buy from here!”
