FloryDay has beautiful clothing and the items I ordered were well made. They took at least a month to get them and now want to return 2 items that didn't fit .

I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered the garment, in all honesty. It was delivered quickly and arrived in a good quality plastic bag! The garment itself bore no resemblance to the photo on the website, is made of cheap jersey and the sizing is all over the place. There is no label indicating what it is actually made of. I am considering sending it to trading standards at my local Council because although it was cheap, and allegedly on special offer; I believe it doesn’t comply with British standards or is of merchandise able quality. Not a happy bunny!!!!

Appalling customer service. Impossible to return an item. Lots of wordy e mails but no contact details work. As for refund or return label - non existent.

The order wasn't correct. When I tried to email for a return label, the email address wouldn't go through to the email address given on the return instructions. Don't ever buy from this company. If I had known they were China based I would not have purchased the tops. My extended family has had problems with clothing companies out of China in the past with no resolution .

What didn’t go wrong. Never got my order. No support from this company. No replies to my messages. You are a sham company that should be exposed.

this company is a shambles. No Worry return what a joke, you cannot print a return label and when you contact them they don't answer nor sent a label. give them a MISS if you intent to keep the cloths you order

Utter shambles. No quibble return actually means they keep the VAT from the refund. 20% of sales value kept by them for something that is back on their shelves. Contacted BBC Watchdog and HMRC to take their view and open a case. DO NOT BUY from here under any circumstances.

Terrible company, I ordered 4 items, the quality and cut were appalling, such poor quality. I spent £56.24 on this order which took 2 months to be delivered. When I applied for their 'hassle free return', they refunded me £39.59. They charged me for the return delivery as well as the original shipping fee, this was their reply: We are sorry to know that you are doubt about the refund amount. I can understand your concern. Please note that if you have used any coupon in your order. The coupon value cannot refund. Thank you for your understanding. For the shipping fee, according to our policy, we hope you could understand that the return postage and the original shipping fee will be at your expense. The shipping fee is paid to the delivery company to arrange the shipment for you. We do not earn anything from that. Here is the statement ""Cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to our company. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process"". Reminder: If you have used the label we provided to return the order, the return cost deducted from your refund. It may cause your problem about the refund amount. Stay clear!!!

It’s been 28 days and it hasn’t been processed yet! Then it will be another 15-20 days to ship .Floryday didn’t even offer for expedited shipping to make up for the delay

Everything I have bought from Floryday has been of very good quality at great prices. Items arrive quickly and in perfect condition. They offer a huge range of styles and designs and they are just that wee bit different from high street stores.

I placed an order 3 months ago. I understand because of the virus etc I received two items which are very nice there was one item left. I chased this and eventually I suggested if u could no send it refund my money. This was a week ago. I hope my refund its been dealt with and I will place an order again to see how long it will take to deliver.
