Thanks Floryday. I read the reviews for Floryday a couple of days after placing my order. I must admit I got a bit nervous but my experience with Floryday from start to finish has been very good. There was excellent communication with regards to an item that was out of stock; I received the refund for that well within the given time frame and the remaining items were then immediately dispatched. My goods arrived just in time for a special weekend I had planned. All in all Flory deserve this 4 star rating.

Floryday.com is a total scam. I saw this advert on their website: https://www.floryday.com/cart.php and ordered the Women's Flats Flat Heel Flats (1321241) on 15/06/2019 Order #: 027985355520 for GBP 37.97 including standard shipping of 7-16 days shipping but parcel arrived on the 19th of July 2019. Upon receipt of the parcel, I realised the shoes received and the ones advertised on their website a totally different, not anywhere close to the ones advertised. (See attached pictures). I wrote to Floryday, registering my displeasure and utter disgust at their dishonesty and how they tricked me with their false advertisement and lured me to buy from their website, by advertising beautiful shoes and then making cheap ugly copycats and selling them off at the price of the originals. God knows where they stole those pictures of the genuine shoes from . Message from Floryday when I requested my full refund and that they take back their fake shoes: "Dear Joel Our customer representative has replied to your Ticket #3800794445: Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that the item(s) did not turn out exactly as you expected. We can totally understand that customers mainly check products by the pictures shown on the website when shopping online. Affected by the resolution and the lighting, some details may not be presented very well and easily to be overlooked. We will take these into consideration when launching new styles, and make sure that all the details are clear enough for our customers. I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the product(s). We can accept the return to our China warehouse, but based on our experience, the return might take quite a long time and also the return postage will be costly. To help you solve this issue in a timely manner, we suggest you keep the product(s). Below we have worked out the following ways to solve your problem. Please kindly reply to this email to tell us which options you prefer before we process the next step. Option 1: Keep the product(s), and we would like to create a coupon valued at 50% of the item(s) value. It is valid for one year and you can use the coupon for your new purchase here. Option 2: Or keep the product(s) and we issue you 30% refund of the item(s) value. Thank you for your time and understanding". The above statement clearly shows that they are a dishonest entity and do not care about customers and they think the customers are stupid, the items they advertise on their website and the goods they deliver are not anywhere similar, Floryday products are bad, terribly ugly cheap knock offs/copycats of the originals. Look at the picture attached and judge for yourselves. Protect your money and keep away from Floryday.com. All you see on their website is too too good to be true, you will lose your money and you will be stressed too KEEP AWAY FROM FLORYDAY. AND READ REVIEWS OF THESE ONLINE SHOPS BEFORE YOU BUY Floryday.com really casts bad light on genuine online sellers like aliexpress, gearbest, banggood etc.

Clothes took far too long to arrive and when they did my 3xl shirt fitted my daughter who is a size 12. Also the long white shirt only just comes past my waist and is huge!!! Your sizing is a joke. I haven’t returned the items because to be honest couldn’t be bothered. I doubt very much I would have received my money back anyway. Will not order anything again.

Scam. Poor quality and not as depicted on the website. My order didn’t arrive, then I complained and the items they sent me are not what I ordered - complete rubbish - avoid!

I saw this dress online and fell in love with it. I read the reviews for this company and they were not brilliant. I decided to take a chance as I loved the dress and the price was worth the risk. When the dress arrived, within a week, I was not disappointed. The dress is beautiful. I tried it on and my daughter said she almost cried as it was so beautiful. I am planning to wear the dress for my son's wedding next year. I am so pleased I didn't take any notice of the bad reviews and I can't wait to wear the dress!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! ordered 2 jumpers 90 dollars!!!!! waited 2 months constantly on the phone with them, they kept on making excuses, finally received them NOT WHAT I ORDERED from the catalogue, Cheap material,NOT EVEN THE RIGHT COLOR,NEVER AGAIN

I watched all the floryday try on reviews - each of you where sent clothes from this company -at their request. I would like you to be like the rest of us and order online and then review the time it took and quality of the product and then try and refund or return goods.Floryday obviously sends you the best to try - so explore all avenues before reviewing

Absolutely dreadful quality- complete waste of 20 + pounds! Didn’t bother to try to send back or try for refund after reading other reviews! Put straight in bin- the so-called jumpsuit that is! TOTAL SCAM

Really poor quality clothes nearly impossible to contact them not a Uk address I think they hope you’ll give up & not get a refund I certainly would never buy from them again it took a lot of effort & time to get my money back

Ordered three blouses but none are particularly good. Decided to return one but it seems impossible. I tried the online chat and the email they gave me was not deliverable. DON’T BUY FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY.

Received my third dress purchased not long ago.Though happy to have at least gotten it I wonder why the fabric is so thin in all the dresses.You are paying quite a bit and the fabric should be better quality.Probably will not purchase again.

I ordered from them ! Never Again ! Two Months Later I recieve my order it was very cheaply made ! They have No Phone Number ! I Sent my order back ,never heard a word from them !!! Had to get money back from my bank !! SCAM !!! They keep Changing their Name !!! Big Red Flag!!!

Ordered a dress which took 7 weeks to arrive. Chased it up over and over again but made no difference. When it did arrive the dress was such poor quality I did not even try it on but returned it immediately. The material was very cheap and the hem was unfinished just cut and left. It was not as the picture at all. I am waiting for my refund but have no confidence that it will be quick, in addition despite the dress being not as described I have to pay the return postage. I will not buy from them again.

Ordered 2 dresses cant fault sizes spot on dilvered when said and no problem returning unwanted dress with full refund would shop here again everyone commented on my dress as it was unusual and diffrent from normal shop dresses.

Was a bit nervous of ordering but went ahead anyway, took just over two weeks to arrive, 4 dresses, all beautiful and all fit perfectly, I am a standard 12 and ordered a 12 so perfect. Material isn’t the best in the work, it’s very thin cotton but what do you expect for £30/40. Not sure what their refund policy would be like but I’m very happy 👍

I got two dresses. Checked size charts and fit was fine. Somewhat disappointed in fabric, but it is ok. I receive many compliments. Service included a chat before I ordered, and it was fine. No problems with delivery. I am now looking at shoes!
