Not only did my order take forever to get here, I posted reviews on all items and non of them have been added to the items on your site. The reviews were now bad only one negative. customer service rep m=not very helpful when I contacted very defensive.

I CONTACTED YOU RECENTLY ABOUT AN ORDER PLACE AND DID NOT RECEIVE. YOU TOOK MONIES OUR OF MY CREDIT CARD. YOU PROMISED TO MAIL MY ORDER SEVERAL TIMES STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. GOT ME THINKING ARE YOU TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME. I AM CONTACTING MY CREDIT FOR A REFUND. DON'T TRUST FLORYDAY AFTER READING MANY, MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY.

Nightmare of a company to deal with. They deducted delivery and insurance at checkout but I still had to pay extra HKD$80 from what was shipped from China to Hong Kong. In all I paid 300% more in delivery than any company has charged me. There is no goods tax in HK, HK is a free port! No customs tax which Floryday suggests. Customers service issued me tickets upon tickets after speaking to them 5 times and the email they sent me is a “no reply” and the link they sent is in chinese. The delivery company they used in HK is unscrupulous. 3 weeks later they offered me a coupon which I can only use if I buy from them again. And they sent me a link to claim it in Chinese! No doubt someone will email me again and send me another link in Chinese. Beware Beware Beware!!

Paid extra for expedited 2 day shipping close to $15 extra and my item has not even shipped 5 days later. Customer service terrible. After reading all the other terrible reviews, I would not recommend to ANYONE.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. They charged me and since then it keeps showing me the status as "processing". I sent two complaints and received no answer. Now that I see the comments I am getting even more worried.

Well I ordered a dress .When it arrived it was nothing like the one in the picture the quality is not there and the sizing it no where correct . Have sent a return item form in but as yet (nearly 2 weeks ago) still have not heard anything . Took money upfront so what have they got o worry about certaintly not the customer .I don' think i would buy from them again .VERY POOR SERVICE IF ANY !!!

The absolute worst when it comes to returning an item that was much smaller than it should have been. No return label, no one available 24 hours by phone, impossible to contact directly. The company wants to make it so frustrating that you'll keep the damn item.

I hesitated to order when I read online reviews but I needn’t have worried! Dress was absolutely perfect and amazing quality! It was exactly as shown and described and dispatched really fast! I received my order very quickly! Amazing dress and would definitely order from them again! 5 star!

Like others, I was pestered and tempted to buy from this company, and ended up ordering a dress. I decided to pay an extra $5 for 'expedited' delivery, to speed up the delivery from about 2 weeks to 2-4 days. Nowhere was I told -- before I had paid -- that it was 2-4 days shipping time AFTER a week of getting the item ready to ship (insane!). That it would take a week to organize the package for shipping made me suspicious, and I therefore searched for reviews of the company, which I should have done before ordering. Seeing so many negative reviews, I lost all faith that I would actually like the item I had ordered, and decided to cancel my order. Three times I was asked if I really wanted to cancel -- and offered an additional discount, told the package was ready to ship, etc. It's like they didn't believe me, and was just causing more delay. To their credit, this entire e-conversation was tracked (and I made sure to keep screen shots just in case). Then, the final email said it could take up to 15 business days to get the refund, but it actually came in just a couple of days. So at least canceling the order -- once I convinced them that I really wanted to cancel it -- worked ok. Overall, however, I would not recommend doing business.

Two months delay for goods. From Singapore. Inferior products. Won’t reply to my request for return address. Have to pay postage myself.No faith they will refund. Do not buy from this company.

Nearly 80% 1* reviews tells me all I need to know. The dresses look gorgeous but clearly there is huge problem, either with the products or with the service, so I will shop elsewhere and save myself a whole load of hassle.

Its' just incredibly cheap quality clothes. Looks great on the models only because they can literally pull off anything. The material is horribly cheap looking.. I got 5 items including a necklace. The necklace was fine and even though I was confident about everything else, it was all really terrible. And I don't even have that high of standards.

I ordered two outfits. Delivery was as expected. One outfit was perfect, good quality and suited me well. Other was a dress and wrap. Unfortunately in two very different sizes, even though packed together. I contacted customer services. After a few prompt messages back and forth during which they gave me alternative options re money back or replacement they sent me a new outfit and told me to keep the original! The size of dress and wrap matched and looked lovely. I like their website as clothes are more unusual and interesting than most in UK. I hope to order more, so I'll see how it goes. So far I have been impressed with customer service.

Shipping took forever. The dress is not like it looks in the photos and not as described. The fabric is cheap and the sewing quality poor. It really wasn't a good deal and especially not a good deal in terms of quality and service. Don't bother ordering from them--you'll be disappointed.

On 2/3/2019, I ordered dresses for a wedding this Friday, 3/22/2019. I thought I would have enough time, over a month, to receive the dresses. On 3/8/2019 I received an email stating the dresses had been shipped. I went back to this email after waiting for 10 days, and in fine print it states, "may take 8-18 days to arrive". I guess I'm going to be shopping for a dress!

I ordered a dress paid $23.93 for express shipping 17 days later and an email to the company with a reply saying it was peak season (whatever that means) it will be sent on the 12th but according to their website to track it still has not even let the building. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Ive cancelled my order 🤞🏼🤞🏼 And cancelled payment with my bank. I should have read the reviews first.

My experience with this company was FANTASTIC! I recived my order in a timely fashion (as expected when ordering outside of the US) and the dress is just as beautiful as the picture and the quality of the fabric is very good as well! Nothing but good vibes from this girl! Will DEFINATELY be purchasing from them again!
