Actually, zero stars. Wish I had done my due diligence before ordering. Order took a long time and clothes are too big and not well made. Trying to return but their system is set up so that they "don't see" your order and you can't fill out a return form and their customer service just puts you off. There does not appear to be a way to make direct contact. Something very fishy here.

False advertising! The dress is nothing like what is pictured! The fabric is cheap and it looks like a Cinderella costume. It took over 3 weeks to arrive with no invoice to make a return. Floryday is a SCAM!

BE WARE!!!! RIP OFF COMPANY. Clothes will not appear as photos shown. Quality is poor and styles are altered. Very cheaply made and will not fit, sizes are completely off. Also delivery takes ages because they are getting clothes from overseas.

Because the merchandise on the website is attractive, I ordered 2 dresses. One month later, I still have not received them and have been given the runaround about an arrival date. I will never order from this company again.

Eventually the 3 tops arrived and disappointingly the quality of the bags it arrived in was far superior to the quality of the clothes, bad stitching, poor quality cloth used to make the clothes, badly made and finished and judging by other reviews almost impossible to get a refund. The photographs looked nothing like the material used to make the clothes so as well as poor slow service and even slower delivery times this experience has been simply dreadful the only thing this company is not slow at is banking your money!

Their shipping times are all lies. It says 8-10 days to process, when my order sat idle for 18 days. They say another 8-18 days to arrive, when it's been 24 days. I have now been waiting 42 days for my order with no updates other than "here's a tracking number" or "call your post office." No accountability at all!

I live in Ireland. I made two Orders, the first of which was made on the 22nd of February and which has not yet been received as at 9th April. On attempting to track it I could not locate the carrier named as YUNTU-EXPRESS with the notification that it would take up to 25 days from now. The second order was made on the 8th of March but was retained by customs and levied with VAT and in addition fees for the delivery company which brought the total to nearly half again of the cost of the Order. their web page and assistance portal tells you that they cannot assist on Order Numbers or tracking so I am not at all clear how else they might be of use. Terrible and no other contact means.

Item was nothing like it appeared. Trying to return item has been a nightmare. They received the item and still have not refunded my money. No one to speak to about any of it. Just keep getting a run around on some stupid chat. Extremely unhelpful customer service. Would not even give them one star. Just lost over $70 and don't even have the item. Could have donated it to charity. Beyond frustrating.

Poorly made products and instead of sending me what I ordered you sent me two of the same item. My order- 1 green sweatshirt and 1 black sweatshirt and you sent me two black sweatshirt of which one was torn. I will never order anything else from Floryday. Too expensive to return so I just put the torn one in the trash and the other was given to good will.. Poorly made product that's not worth the money spent.

Not good. I ordered a beach coverup top. It was too small so tried to return it. I was told that for hygiene reasons swimwear could not be returned or refunded...............it is a cover up ......not a bikini......I was so angry. They told me that I could keep the item and they would give me a 50 per cent refund on the item. The other 3 items that I ordered were ok. Will never order again.

Item took 3 weeks to arrive, quality poor, size incorrect, much smaller than suppose, now I have a fight on my hands to try and return, hopeless company, I do not recommend at all .

Not only did my order take forever to get here, I posted reviews on all items and non of them have been added to the items on your site. The reviews were now bad only one negative. customer service rep m=not very helpful when I contacted very defensive.

I CONTACTED YOU RECENTLY ABOUT AN ORDER PLACE AND DID NOT RECEIVE. YOU TOOK MONIES OUR OF MY CREDIT CARD. YOU PROMISED TO MAIL MY ORDER SEVERAL TIMES STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. GOT ME THINKING ARE YOU TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME. I AM CONTACTING MY CREDIT FOR A REFUND. DON'T TRUST FLORYDAY AFTER READING MANY, MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY.

Nightmare of a company to deal with. They deducted delivery and insurance at checkout but I still had to pay extra HKD$80 from what was shipped from China to Hong Kong. In all I paid 300% more in delivery than any company has charged me. There is no goods tax in HK, HK is a free port! No customs tax which Floryday suggests. Customers service issued me tickets upon tickets after speaking to them 5 times and the email they sent me is a “no reply” and the link they sent is in chinese. The delivery company they used in HK is unscrupulous. 3 weeks later they offered me a coupon which I can only use if I buy from them again. And they sent me a link to claim it in Chinese! No doubt someone will email me again and send me another link in Chinese. Beware Beware Beware!!

Paid extra for expedited 2 day shipping close to $15 extra and my item has not even shipped 5 days later. Customer service terrible. After reading all the other terrible reviews, I would not recommend to ANYONE.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. They charged me and since then it keeps showing me the status as "processing". I sent two complaints and received no answer. Now that I see the comments I am getting even more worried.

Well I ordered a dress .When it arrived it was nothing like the one in the picture the quality is not there and the sizing it no where correct . Have sent a return item form in but as yet (nearly 2 weeks ago) still have not heard anything . Took money upfront so what have they got o worry about certaintly not the customer .I don' think i would buy from them again .VERY POOR SERVICE IF ANY !!!
