Beware is the best review of this company. Ordered dress June 28, July 18 sent an email about shipment, shipped July 20. Arrived Aug 7, dress is unfinished, sleeves unfinished and no hem. Contacted them, requested a finished dress. Back and forth with numerous offers, final one in interesting. I can pay $22.00 (non refundable) to return and then once it is received, if ever they will give me back my money. Consider the money lost, DO not bother with this company unless you like frustration.

One of the dresses is very good quality the other not so a hole appeared in the pocket after the first wear and the seam at the back pulled when j sat down

Clothes on the site aren't the same as the ones they send to you....copycat items, different fabric, but you get charged for what you see on pictures ... then they don't respond when you want to send the items back... stay away. I suspect they are within UK...overcharging and misleading

Please read real castumers reviews. Flory day online crook, want to buy floryday only through amazone. There you can return refund, through floryday, when u want return, they never put inside the packege ticket return. Also flory..promised you send by email, take days to days and send wrong tickets..looks play games, win the time..and never refound. My order history disappeared, and can,t fill out form as order no order found. No history purchased, after few days...avoid this looks crook China site. .Remember only 14 days for return..

It is a laborious process to get a refund from Floryday.The dress I ordered was of very poor quality and too small.It takes several emails and detailed instructions in order to obtain a refund-ages after the item was returned.There was no return address,return label or receipt in the parcel. I had to pay the return postage and this was not refunded.I also had to supply a photo of postage receipt.I will never deal with Floryday again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Two tops I received shrunk after the first wash. To date Floraday have not found my order. It's a shame because I loved the tops.

While initially irritated with auto reply regarding delivery of goods, this was quickly rectified by the use of on line chat and being directed to cutomer service. Goods arrived promptly after this conversation minus the item they were apparently waiting for. The payment for this item was swiftly refunded. I am very pleased with the clothes and cannot understand some comments over poor quality material. My dresses were all made of very good, strong natural cotton and the size perfect for me. This is not the first time that I have bought from Floryday and again was satified with first purchase. Thankyou

I love my dresses from Floryday. They did take about 3 weeks to arrive but they were worth the wait. Both fit well, are very comfortable to wear and look really nice - I've had lots of compliments!

The Returns Policy is complicated and very costly to the customer. Beware of this when ordering and be really certain you want the item. I imagine a lot of customers just don't bother returning items. With so many on line retailers offering free returns, FloryDay may consider reviewing their policy and making more customer friendly.

I purchased a top that looked great on the web. when it came it was too small and very strange sewing. I had to return it and I am waiting for the refund as promised. I also had to pay return postage. Things returned in US usually are postage paid by the company.

I ordered a hot air dryer I waited a few weeks for my delivery which hadn’t arrived I emailed the company and my email bounced back as none existent They took my payment Do not bother with this company They are SCAMMING people

considering both items were supposed to be the same size, one was massive, the other would just button up !!! I think the best thing about this company is that they return your money quickly. Shame its not run better as they have some pretty items. I would not use again nor recommend.

I was alarmed when I read the poor reviews on this site of Floryday (after I had ordered an item from this firm!). When the item arrived, it was not what I wanted, so I contacted the firm via the internet as instructed. I received a reply very quickly. They did not require that I return the item and would refund the full cost of the garment. This they have done faster than they promised. One cannot complain at this service, which I found excellent.

Took over 3 weeks to get this swimsuit, the bottoms wouldn’t cover a baby’s rear, and the color and pattern was not what I ordered. If I knew it was being shipped out of China, I would not have ordered it. I had to email customer service and received a prompt reply, but their tracking service stinks; better to use the USPS tracking. Big disappointment, can’t wear the bottoms, the top fits ok but again, not as ordered. 😖

Do not even try to return your item as they will do everything in there power not to give a full refund. Stay away from purchasing anything, The clothes are very poor quality..
