“Confirmed next day delivery but then emailed to say it was on hold as they can’t deliver on a Sunday. Or a Monday. Ordered Saturday, received Tuesday. Dodgy sales techniques and terrible communication.”

“I have ordered from Flower Station 4-5 times in total, 2 of them were incomplete and had extremely late deliveries. I refuse to order from them ever again, as they seem to only value new customers, but not existing ones. The most recent experience was when I ordered flowers two days before Valentine's day to be delivered on Valentine's day. On the delivery day, I started tracking the delivery in the afternoon, as it hadn't arrived yet and I was getting worried. The delivery seemed to be stuck in Camden (London) for 2+ hours. When I was calling Flower Station to get an update they were not responding or calling back. The flowers arrived at 11 pm (!!!) wet all over, even though it was not raining outside; even the message on the card was not printed straight. It is really pointless to get Valentine day's flowers towards the very end of Valentine's day. When I was messaging them over email to complain, their response was that they value customers and that they were extremely busy that day; my counter-argument was that they should expect this and plan for the increased demand to manage it appropriately. After many emails, they only agreed to refund me for the delivery fee, thus not accepting full responsibility for their poor customer service and support throughout my experience. I do not recommend Flower Station, as it seems like they only value new customers, but not existing ones. Never again will I order from them.”

“Im giving this company no stars (had to select 1 to post this) as they have been very unprofessional in my situation. I ordered flowers on Valentine's day at 0730am for them to be delivered the same day. The driver attempted to deliver my flowers at exactly 0715pm (almost 12hrs) Who does this? I've kindly asked for a refund in which they don't see this as a reason to and they haven't been able to provide me with any explanation to why this as happened. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PUT YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE”

“As a returning customer of Flower Station, I would rate them zero stars if I could! I spent nearly £150 on two deluxe flower arrangements, which were delivered in an unprofessional manner. The delivery driver tilted both arrangements, causing all the water to spill out, and then slammed my bouquet onto the ground—this was all recorded on my ring camera. The bags were soaked and ripped from the water damage. I called Flower Station 46 times before a woman finally answered. She seemed uninterested and informed me that one of the bouquets, which was supposed to contain 15 roses but only had 12, would be redelivered along with an extra gift bag for the second arrangement. She promised to call me back with updates but never did. When I called before 6 PM for an update, she falsely claimed that the flowers were out for delivery. I've sent numerous emails to Flower Station with photos and videos as evidence, but I haven't received a response. I wasted the entire day waiting for the flowers, which caused me significant anxiety and distress. I even missed a wedding party because I couldn't present the flowers while waiting for their arrival. This experience has been shocking and appalling. I am extremely disappointed!”

“do NOT use this florist. The delivery times are a JOKE. Same day deliveries can arrive as late at 8.30 p.m. The address of the florist is MISLEADING as you will assume that deliveries in the City near Moorgate will be made swiftly during business hours. They WILL NOT. There are much more reputable florists who provide a faster more efficient service at the same price”

“When you buy flowers for someone you ultimately put faith into the florist to create something beautiful, and to follow through on the delivery on time for your loved ones. Flower Station is perhaps the most pathetic, effete florist I’ve ever used, with lacklustre customer service and the laziest delivery system I’ve ever seen. They missed delivery, and made no reattempt to deliver. Despite being out to deliver at 11am, they attempted delivery at 9pm after my recipient had been waiting all day and could no longer wait at home. They have ultimately ruined a special moment for me, and I IMPLORE everyone who reads this review, DO NOT TRUST THIS FLORIST, you will regret it. The ignorance, lack of communication and delusional self belief/ self promotion this company has, is an illusion. In London you have plenty of other capable florist options that can fulfil your order in London. Floristry is such a simple business and THE FLOWER STATION CANNOT DELIVER. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR SPECIAL DAY.”

“Untrustworthy, feel robbed of £170 as flowers never arrived and refusing to refund. Did not manage to deliver on the nominated day, which was important and the whole thing. Even though after phone calls during the day they reassured they would deliver before 11pm. Recpient stayed home all day, never arrived. Refusing to refund, hard to reach, arguing about giving a store credit/redelivery 3 days after the nominated day. Untrustworthy and poor customer service. Momentum spoilt, no longer interested and them dragging the refund out makes me feel like the whole company is a scam. If you cant provide the service promised, you dont take the money!”

“I ordered flowers for my aunt and uncle from outside the UK so I was a bit unsure of how the service would be, but Flower Station did not disappoint at all! I was notified at every step of the way until my order reached the receiver. The flowers were beautiful and lasted very long. My aunt and uncle were very happy. I received my money's worth! Would recommend Flower Station to everyone!!”

“The main shop is open all day and every day & night! 24 hours a day and even on Christmas. Flowers are incredible, best I've seen and decent prices. Highly recommend”
