The old bait and switch. First time using your service and my order had to be cancelled. After placing my order via your website, I received a phone call to tell me that I would need to pay an additional fee for my order to be delivered. Why wouldn't this be disclosed when I input the delivery address during checkout? When something seems too good to be true, it usually is and this is no exception. Will not be returning.

They sent me a half dead skimpy arrangement with a dollar store base, a typoed card and all for $85. I sent them pictures of their false advertisement of ‘lush’ and they could not refund me

There's substitute recipe for flowers. Arrangements is horrible and misleading. I feel completely and utterly ripped off. Don't even waste your money!

This is the most terrible and unprofessional “business” I’ve ever experienced. They do not follow up with orders if late. I was told my flowers would be delivered a certain day and received them. I DO NOT recommend

I ordered this beautiful purple arrangement and second pic is what I got that wasn’t delivered till after the funeral. No wonder they stopped monitoring their twitter.

I would give 0 if possible. The reviews are exactly what I experienced. Order never delivered and customer service was non existent. I'll let Amex fight this one. Do not give these scammers a chance to disappoint you.

The process was awful from the start. I placed my order to deliver birthday flowers to my daughter several days in advance. The flowers were not delivered, and an email was sent saying so, with a number to call. It was only available until 4 PM, so it was hard to reach Flowershopping.com during business hours, and they online chat function did no good. When i FINALLY got to live person, they took some information and said someone would call back. No one called back, but they said that they cancelled the order because they couldn't contact ME. After I tried contacting them numerous times. It was very frustrating and ruined a birthday surprise. NEVER use this online service!

The photo of this beautiful purple arrangement on their website had me sold and I paid way above what I normally would pay for flowers. My friend's birrhday was important to me and very disappoimted on what she received. Pink is her least favorite color. What I ordered and what she received are completely apposite. Had I known they would look like what she got, I would have ordered elsewhere. DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY THIS COMPANY. Take your money elsewhere. You will not receive what they show you are ordering. I am in disbelief, especially they would not refund my money. This is not what I ordered. Go elesewhere, not to this place.

Dear Buyers, beware!!! I purchased a beautiful plant for my sister-in-law for her birthday and searched for a local company who would deliver on a Sunday since that's when her birthday was. I paid extra for the Sunday delivery. It didn't arrive on Sunday so I emailed the company and Monday morning they called and said, ooops, the company they sent to isn’t opened on Sunday so they will send it out on Monday. Well, it didn’t arrive Monday either and I’ve been on the phone on hold for an hour. I will cancel this order and never ever use them again and I recommend everyone not to use them either.

Buyer Beware…. I ordered a specific flower arrangement for my daughter’s birthday but was very disappointed that what was delivered was NOTHING like what I ordered. Apparently, they state if they do not have the type of flowers you ordered, they would make an arrangement of equal value. I’m sorry, I don’t think a Zen arrangement is similar in value to white roses, white carnations, a few orchids and pine needles. You be the judge based on the pictures...I would never use or trust this flower company again!

this is one of the worst places to shop flowers, I pay extra for early delivery before 12pm and they show up after 5pm when everything was close and they don't return the extra money don't buy flowers here, bad customer service

They pose as a local florist . No matter if you pick the deluxe or premium version of an arrangement they send a skimpy basic version. If you don’t email them multiple times on the day of delivery they won’t deliver . I paid $96.00 for a skimpy bad version of their pictured Teleflora arrangement with a tacky balloon attached that we did NOT order. There were about 8 flowers and what looks like weeds as filler. Another family sent the same Teleflora arrangement from a local florist for LESS money and it made Flowershopping.com’s version look like a kid made it!

My order came to a total of 82.15$ but I was charged 112.03$ My flowers also did not come in the vase it showed in the picture.

SCAM! I searched for a local florist and this company came up. It wasn't until I completed paying did their true address appear. I ordered flowers on a Sunday for a funeral on Wednesday. On THURSDAY I was notified that would not be delivered. This was a HORRIBLE thing to do.

Ordered a deluxe version of an arrangement off their website of Purple roses, Blue carnations and other flowers. Over $106.00. What I received was 6 purple rose with filler in an arrangement worth about $30.00. I ask that they pickup the arrangement and give me a refund, but they refused multiple times.

STAY AWAY!!! I placed an online order with flowershopping.com on Friday 4/5/24. By my standards, it was an expensive flower arrangement. Without getting overly personal, suffice it to say, that TO ME, it was an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AND TIME SENSITIVE DELIVERY. Placing the order was a smooth and easy process. IRONICALLY, since this situation was so critical to me, I elected to engage the services of a Large Nationwide Retailer, so as NOT to run the risk of having something so important to me be ruined by the poor follow through of a small local flower shop. When I placed the order on their website, AT NO TIME was I informed that it was even a POSSIBILITY that the arrangement that I had selected would NOT be delivered on the date promised, which was Friday 4/5/24. Later in the day, I received an email that my order had been cancelled. As soon as I saw the email, I IMMEDIATELY called their customer service number to express my surprise and my displeasure with their cancellation. It should be noted that I used my Debit Card to pay for this transaction. It is my VERY STRONG feeling that a company like this should NOT EVER charge a customer's payment method until it has been determined that the order in question can be PROPERLY EXECUTED in a TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. The bottom line is that I did NOT get my funds returned to me and they DID NOT execute the floral delivery, AS AGREED. In fact, I still do NOT have my funds returned to me AND because of the FACT that I utilized a Debit Card to make this purchase (and that it was nearly ALL of the funds that I had available to me at that time, (NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT IT WAS TOO LATE IN THE DAY TO IDENTIFY AN ALTERNATE VENDOR) I was unable to purchase the flowers elsewhere. They offered no REAL SOLUTION to me during multiple follow up phone calls. THEY TOOK MY MONEY, THEY FAILED TO EXECUTE THE ORDER THAT I PAID FOR!!! THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY AND THEY HAVE OFFERED NO SATISFACTORY SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM WHATSOEVER!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered Iris flowers for my 20th anniversary, they sent the florist a generic order which didn’t even have my order. This is such a scam, I rejected the order because it’s not what I ordered. Then they charged me $15 for disposal fee. I do not recommend this website. It’s a waste of the buyer’s time and florist.

They are awful!!!! Ordered flowers, they never arrived. I called the customer service line. Nobody answered, and there was no way to leave a message. I called the 1-800 number to place an order. When I was prompted to “check delivery status”, I was disconnected. Scam.
