Terrible business they ruined my anniversary gift to my wife of 34 years. They appear in ad to be local and couldn’t deliver I only got canned reaponse after complaining about no delivery

I have tried calling multiple times and phone tree loops. I have sent contact form with no answer. I can't get a delivery confirmation on my order which I am 99%sure it wasn't delivered. Probably will contact BBB

Do Not Order from this Company!! I ordered flowers on Tuesday to be delivered any time Wednesday. When I didn't hear anything by that evening, I tried getting in touch with someone, but just got a recording saying if you don't hear anything, it is on schedule. I finally talked to someone in sales (they had no access to my actual order but could contact the florist) and about 10 pm I got an email saying my order couldn't be created. They had over a day to determine this and yet waited until I tracked them down and it was too late to fix. Never use this service - you will be disappointed!

Spent $100+ on an elaborate arrangement. What was delivered was completely different and just some generic arrangement of cheap flowers stuck in a cheap vase. I contacted them within their window with a complaint, as their website says they’ll refund or replace. Customer service basically said that they have the right to make substitutions. Why even show pictures to pick from if you’re gonna deliver whatever you want?

Horrible experience that is still ongoing...never got the flowers I ordered and still after 2 1/2 weeks no refund. They basically are just theives with no integrity.

I am so embarrassed, I would never give this arrangement to someone. The picture looked amazing and was standard size, I PAID for PREMIUM. Mine wasn't even standard and it was $100. I would never, ever use them for your floral needs. I am also unable to get ahold of customer service as well. No one will take my call, and I demand a refund. I will go buy them at the store.

I purchased some flowers on flowershopp.com And I paid for the premium bouquet over $100. I’m going to add a picture of what I ordered and what I received. Absolutely they were only willing to give me a small percentage off my bill not acceptable. I would’ve never purchased anything that look like this. I asked them to send new flowers and send me a picture prior to them being delivered and they said that wasn’t

Paid for delivery by noon, delivered at 1:50 pm. Flowers weren't even close to what I ordered, contacted several times and they said they would give me $5 credit for being late on future order. Regarding the flowers not being close they said they are allowed to substitute and were the freshest available on that day. They say they will credit my card with 20% discount. Still not happy with what I received. Will never buy from them again. Beware! I ordered the Purple and the other photo is what they sent.

Do not use this business!!!! They apparently delivered flowers to the wrong wrong address. No one was ever available in customer service to speak to. After writing two emails, they left me a message saying they called my friend and she said “yes” she recieved the flowers. She did not! The company lied and stole my money. Do NOT USE!!!!

Order was cancelled twice. No one would answer the customer service phone during operating hours. Don't know if I will get a refund. Never using this again. Worst experience

Completely dissatisfied with my order. I get if you have a substitute a few flowers but to have the whole ENTIRE bouquet look like something completely different from what I ordered is not satisfactory.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I put in the address for delivery and most websites when it's not deliverable, it shows right away after you put in the address. I placed the order, no problem. I get a call from them an hour later saying the address is undeliverable and they found another florist who can do the order but it's $30 more. Ridiculous! Cancel! I feel like I was scammed. Never again!

My husband wanted to surprise me with an arrangement on yesterday because he works out of town. So, when we talked, he kept asking if I received anything today. I insistingly told him no, why. So later on, that night, he said Well I wanted it to be a surprise for you, but I ordered you some flowers and paid the expedited fee to get them the same day. I was crushed, not for me but for him to be thinking of me. So, I asked where and when did you order them to do research. He sent me everything and I called the number for this company, and it was after hours. So, I called a few minutes ago and still cannot get anyone on the phone.

Horrible arrangement, I ordered Teleflora's Cup of Roses Bouquet - Deluxe and got a ugly coffee mug with a few roses, your substitution policy states (Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability of certain containers, flowers or plants in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using a container, flowers or plants of equal value) there is nothing of equal value that was picked out for this arrangement that was sent. I’m extremely embarrassed that this arrangement went out to the recipient!

only because I had to put a star. this is a scam. I thought I was ordering from 1800flowers. I paid for same day and did not get it. I called and got the run around. no one answers the phone. I will be reporting this as a fraudulent purchase

my boyfriends ordered me flowers from here to get delivered to my work for me. he paid for same day delivery. they never delivered. then when i was able to get ahold of them the next day they promised me that my flowers would be delivered. they call last minute to tell us that they’ll be refunding us bc they can’t do the delivery. the worse service of all times. truly disappointed with their customer service
