Ordered flowers for a birthday and what I received was nothing on the site. A complete disaster and even more of a disgrace that this site wouldn’t give me a full refund on the negligence of false advertising. And I still have even receive the so call 30% back that I was suppose to receive. This site is a fraud and advertising falsely. Neverrrrrrrr order from them you’ll be highly disappointed. When the flowers arrive, I laughed so hard at the arrangement and how pitiful it looked. Withered everything was nothing of what I paid for.

Ordered about 11:00am, 6/20/2024, with a guaranteed same day delivery. My niece out of day surgery never Lived long enough to see flowers. Received email next day stating area was unable to deliver into. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP. SORRY I USED YOUR SERVICE.

Ordered for Friday delivery and nothing came. I reported it to my bank for dispute so they helped me with it. Never order from this websites. Better get somebody buy it for you( sisters, brothers, ) so they can physically get to give it to your love one. That is if theyre close. Never again!!!

SCAM!!!!! Ordered flowers and they delivered something completely different and they were half dead. I also paid a premium for Sunday delivery and they delivered on the wrong day. They wouldn’t issue a refund. This place is a scam!!!!!!!!

I imagine they provide decent service/flowers but I would be very careful. I had a potentially life-changing occasion and flowershopping.com seemed like the right company. Due to the potential of this occasion, I ordered the nicest, exotic arrangement they had and upgraded it to the Premium level. I contacted them two days after the delivery was "guaranteed" to arrive and they said they would verify delivery. Two days later I emailed them again. Finally, I called them a week later and all they said was the delivery was not made and my order had been canceled. They actually had the nerve to ask if I would like to place another order. Like I said, I would be careful using this company if you actually want flowers delivered.

This is a scam. The arrangements I ordered and what was delivered were completely different. I ordered lavender; they sent pink and yellow. I asked for a refund; they offered to take 30% off. I again requested a refund; they said the florist said the flowers were similar. I don't know how pink and yellow are similar to lavender. I filed a fraud alert with my bank. Customer service sucks!!!

EVERYTHING WENT WRONG! I paid for a Saturday delivery of a blue and white bouquet. Less than 30 minutes prior to the delivery window closing, I was informed (by someone at the recipient's location) that the flowers had not been delivered. When I called the flowershopping.com customer service line, I was placed on hold and was told that the CSR connected with the delivery driver and was informed that the delivery would still occur that day. After the delivery window passed and the flowers were not delivered, I called back and was told the driver was not responding. Fast forward to the next day (Sunday), I received an email that an investigation is occurring to understand why the delivery didn't occur. I called customer service again and the CSR was rude........AF. She kept interrupting me. She put me on hold in the middle of my sentence. She told me there was no record of anyone speaking with the delivery driver the day prior. She blamed the misinformation I was given on the company's "after hours call center" and indicated she would 'speak to them' about the misinformation. For my inconvenience, she offered to refund the 'same day delivery' fee I paid AND to upgrade the bouquet to the deluxe. She also assured the delivery would occur on Monday as they had no drivers /vendors available to make a Sunday delivery. (That information is contrary to what is posted on their website about Sunday deliveries. According to their "Delivery Policy" posted here: https://www.flowershopping.com/service/delivery, the organization indicates "We do provide Sunday delivery if you place your order before 11:00 a.m. in the recipients time zone on Saturday. " Nonetheless, I acquiesced because what was most important was my recipient receiving the flowers. At 1:30 pm on Monday, a proxy of the recipient sent me a picture of the bouquet that was actually delivered. It looked NOTHING like what I ordered. The colors were different. The vase was different. The flowers used were different. The 'substitution policy' on the company's website states: "Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability of certain containers, flowers or plants in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using a container, flowers or plants of equal value." The arrangement I ordered showed 2 roses in the 'as shown' version. Again, I was promised an upgrade. So, I would have expected more roses. The bouquet delivered had ZERO roses. The roses were substituted with daisies. Is this company saying that daisies are of 'equal value' to roses? Finally, when I reached out to the company to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund, I received an email asking me to submit photos......which I did. The follow up email sent from flowershopping.com indicated they were going to pick up the flowers that were delivered so they could offer me a refund. That has GOT TO BE the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Flowers are a perishable item! This company delivered an arrangement I didn't order days after it was supposed to be delivered and then offers to rectify the situation by picking up the flowers before they can issue me a refund? I wasn't even offered an option for them to deliver the correct bouquet! Furthermore, I wasn't asked if it was ok to go to the recipient's home to retrieve the delivery. They informed me that's what they were going to do. Their own return policy states: "FlowerShopping.com offers a 7 day satisfaction guarantee from your purchase date. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, feel free to contact us. You can return your order within the satisfaction guaranteed time and we will either refund your money or redeliver a new product". I was NOT offered an either or option as indicated in their policy!! My last email to the company was sent over 12 hours ago and I am still waiting for a response and a reasonable offer to rectify the situation.

Floweshopping.com canceled my order three days before my parent's funeral, stating that the only florist they contracted with in the area and had an emergency. However, I suspect the cancellation might have been due to the very low pricing. The four arrangements I purchased were twice as expensive at another shop than with Flowershopping.com. I really wanted the arrangements because they had a fresh, modern design not typically seen at a funeral. When I tried to have the flowers delivered to a larger city, Flowershopping.com refused, saying there was a possibility the flowers would be damaged if transported by a non-professional. This left me in a bind with my parent's wake in two days and the funeral in three days. Fortunately, a local florist was able to fulfill the order and deliver it on time.

$72 for an arrangement made with filler. very, very disappointed and will not order this way again. AND it was "arranged" at a grocery store. I use the term loosely since it looks like it was just thrown into a vase with no thought.

Bait and Switch. I ordered a floral arrangement "Paradise Found" advertised with "bird of paradise and asiatic lilies" and other flowers "delivered in a square black container". The flowers delivered resembled nothing like what was advertised. I am trying to get the correct arrangement sent or a refund. I'm hoping this was a mix-up with another order. In the photos, the arrangement I ordered and the arrangement that was delivered.

So my sister is in the hospital and I ordered flowers for her. I paid extra for same day delivery which they charged immediately, 15 min after they charged my card I was sent an email which indicated there would be a delay by 1 day. It’s been delayed for 24 hours still no flowers. I called at 3pm east time zone and got a recorded msg that the shop was closed for the day which contradicted the hours on the machine. So frustrating don’t don’t don’t order from them

I paid for the deluxe version of flowers for my Mom's 75th birthday. They came a day late, were the wrong color with barely any flowers in the bouquet. The bouquet sent to her had less flowers than the "as shown" version (smallest version on the website.) I even got an email on her birthday that they were "delivered or on their way" but she didn't get them until noon the next day. I brought all of this to customer service and they offered me a small discount and I told them that wasn't good enough. We are literally are still going around in circles. They want pictures, decides it's not their standard, then go backwards asking for more pictures. Now they want to send her a new bouquet days after her birthday. Too little too late. Why would I deal with them again? A partial refund that is not insulting is all I'm asking for.

To confirm I'm a real customer, my order Number is 3839732 . Please, Never use this company !! I's fraudulent. My story is attached: I ordered 18 roses and only 12 were delivered !!!! They added a stuffed animal which I didn't order (an 80 year old woman doesn't want a stuffed animal !!!!) ... and doesn't make up for the 6 less roses'!!! Additionally, and more importantly, I confirmed the delivery date of 5/25/24 on 5/20/24 (it was delivered today 5/24) but when they called last minute on 5/24/24 to say 5/25 was not possible for delivery, I told them I'd be OK with a change of delivery if they could change the written message (and I gave them the changes)...none of which happened !!! I also tried to cancel the order when told the delivery date had been changed but was told that was not possible because the order was already "out for delivery" (it wasn't delivered until 5 hours later, and the shop it was delivered from was less than 2 miles from the delivery point). Ridiculous!!! This company is a fraud, and a scam! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, will never use you again. I will also voice my displeasure with as many social media platforms as I can. If you were a legitimate company you'd provide a full refund.

AS a note, this is copy and paste from another review as i had the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. order was not delivered and I will be requesting a full refund, as I am very disappointed in your service. After reaching out to you several times and being reassured of the delivery before my wife left work. Also reaching out to her for an home delivery an never received the delivery. First and last time I’ll use this site for flower delivery. Friend of mine was grieving a family loss and having a 15th wedding anniversary all in the same week. She needed some encouragement, so I sent her flowers. It was in Shafter, CA and needed same day delivery service. I couldn’t use my normal contacts so I looked online to see what company was available. Online reviews seemed good, so I used flowershopping.com. The process of ordering was easy and they confirmed same day delivery. Got an auto email saying “it was delivered or it was soon to be delivered”. Very vague. The recipient reached out to me asking if I sent the flowers because there was no name listed, just a note. Strike 1, the recipient didn’t even know it came from me. That made me nervous thinking she got another arrangement, so I sent her a pic of the note I wrote and of the flower arrangement selected. She said the note matched but the arrangement didn’t look the same and sent a pic. To my surprise, it was no where near the flowers I picked out. It looked like scraps were put together with some sad roses and carnations. I immediately sent it to customer service thinking it’s the florists fault that they are contracted with. After 6 days of back and forth calling and emailing with customer service, showing proof from all angles of the arrangement, they said the florist made substitutes but it falls in line with what I purchased. They said they’d be willing to give me 15% off the product price for my unhappiness. They offered me less than $10 to try to make me happy! Unbelievable! I said I wanted a full refund of the price of the arrangement but they can keep the delivery fee since that was completed correctly. All they countered with was 20% off the product price. I am never using them again and hope this review helps the next person from unnecessary pain.

They didn't deliver the flowers on my wife's birthday as was promised, then it was promised the next day and we still didn't get it until 5 days later. Very poor service.
