“ We placed our order and delivery date. On the day of delivery, we got 3 notices that they were unable to deliver our arrangement. They were sorry for the inconvenience. No explanation, no reason. No welcome home gift for our friend who had been recovering for 4 months in the hospital. If I could I would give a minus star. ”
