“FLR staff were so professional from the moment we visited the showroom right up to the completion of the floor in our porch, hall and kitchen. We were advised about the different stages of laying the floor and are delighted with the end result. Steve, the fitter, arrived promptly each day and happily explained the plan for the day. We would highly recommend FLR to anyone who is considering a new floor.”

“We went to the showroom to look at the options for our bathroom flooring and the sales person was great. Really patient and helpful, providing all of the options and advice on what we needed. We came away knowing exactly what we needed and the price was spot on.”

“Very helpful and informative customer service. Gave us all the information about the products. Was helpful in making the right choice based on our likes. “I found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgable. The showroom was very impressive with lots of products on display and plenty of samples to take home. I would recommend FLR and would definitely return. The coffee was delicious!”

“The team at FLR were extremely helpful from my first enquiry through to installation. Adam was quick and thorough with his estimation and advised options that would work perfectly for our requirements - saving us money at the same time! The quotes were very competitive, and their friendly team were totally flexible with fitting arrangements, working around the arrival of our little girl. I can not recommend Adam and all of FLR highly enough. Thank you for making our carpet shopping such a pleasurable experience!”

“All round great experience, from the store to the estimating and fitting. The price was competitive too. We were in store and explaining about our extension. Adam overheard and we had a discussion about different types of screed, which we then discussed with the builder. He gave us complete confidence that he knew what he was talking about. When he came to measure, the process was straightforward and he discussed a couple of things with the builder. Fitting took 5 days, with a professional fitter who knew what he was doing. I would use FLR again.”
