“One of the worst company I have ever dealt with recently. I'm a repeated customer and did a lot of orders before with fnp, but recently on the Valentine Day occasion I had the nightmare service. Instead of delivering the selected gift on Valentine Day as scheduled, the order was delayed to the next day and after many calls and emails the order has been delivered wrong with different one. I'm speechless of such horrible services and I will raise my voice throughout social medias to make people aware of such sooooooooo bad services and definitely will not repeat work with you.”

“Ferns N Petals is absolutely horrible! I placed an order on the 13th for a Valentine’s Day delivery on the 14th, but nothing was delivered. When I tried following up, no one answered the phone, and my texts were completely ignored. I received no updates, and then, on the morning of the 15th, I got a message saying the order was “on the way”! It’s a complete joke. This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I highly recommend you avoid them and choose another service. These guys are a scam!”

“The flowers were supposed to be delivered by 4pm, but by 6pm, I still had not received them. I contacted customer service, and they informed me that they couldn't check the delivery status because it was handled by a third-party company. They said they would follow up with the delivery company and return my call. After waiting for 30 minutes with no response, I called back and asked for the driver's contact information, but I was told they couldn’t share it due to privacy concerns.
At 8pm, I called again, and they finally gave me the driver's contact number. When I reached the driver, he explained that he wasn’t feeling well and didn’t pick up my order, which had been reassigned to another driver. I called customer service again, but they couldn’t tell me who the new driver was. During the call, the customer service representative (an Indian man) rudely hung up on me while I was still speaking.
At 8:53pm, my boyfriend sent me a screenshot saying the item was marked as delivered, but when I checked with the concierge, they confirmed no delivery had been made. They couldn’t even tell me if I would receive the delivery that day or when I could expect it.”
“Delivery came massively late, follow up calls went to a call center that gave inaccurate estimates of follow up time. Lame excuse of it being Valentine's Day when it's clearly not a shock that there are more deliveries on Valentine's Day, there is a price premium and FNP.SG used a third party logistics provider anyway and decided to cheap out and not pay for more drivers and prioritized company short term profits instead of customer satisfaction. Shocking audacity really as if I should expect flowers to come late instead of punctually because it is Valentine's.”

After going offline for an hour at 7:30pm. Finally there’s a resolution. To deliver before 10pm. The original delivery slot was 6am-4pm. I told them the office will be closed and the receiver will not be there. And their solution is to wait for the delivery guy to call. Then to tell them the alternate location. Could this be done in a better way?”
“I've been ordering from Ferns & petals for all the special occasions and anniversary and having no issues and the customer service was really good. How ever this time around I am so disappointed. I've order a Vday gift as a surprise for my wife and the time slot is from 6am to 4pm and the delivery was so late still 7.30pm and becos of that the delivery called my wife and ask for a change of location instead of calling me! I am so disappointed this time round.”

“I ordered the flowers for the valentine day. my wife did not received the item and they claim to have delivered at 7am which my wife office opens at 8am. As such, I have to spend another $250 to get another shop to deliver.”
“I am extremely frustrated with FNP's service. My delivery never arrived, and instead of receiving the expected package, I was contacted by the delivery driver, but they called my phone number instead of the receipt number. To make matters worse, the delivery timeline was not met, and now, despite it clearly not being my fault, they are refusing to issue a refund. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I will never be using FNP again. It's disappointing to deal with such poor communication and unhelpful responses”
“I ordered flowers for my friend’s birthday. They were limp and not fresh. Absolutely did not match the picture on their website of what I thought I was buying. I just wasted $98. I’m embarrassed and will not be able to gift them to my friend.
I will never be using them again. Nor will I recommend them.”
