fked up flower shop. promised but never deliver, then no refunds? fked up

I want my refund. My bf placed an order for the flowers to be delivered by 4pm lastest and it’s only delivered by 7pm. The flowers are looking disgustingly bad it’s no longer fresh and it’s all beaten up. If I can give zero stars I would.

The flowers were supposed to be delivered by 4pm, but by 6pm, I still had not received them. I contacted customer service, and they informed me that they couldn't check the delivery status because it was handled by a third-party company. They said they would follow up with the delivery company and return my call. After waiting for 30 minutes with no response, I called back and asked for the driver's contact information, but I was told they couldn’t share it due to privacy concerns. At 8pm, I called again, and they finally gave me the driver's contact number. When I reached the driver, he explained that he wasn’t feeling well and didn’t pick up my order, which had been reassigned to another driver. I called customer service again, but they couldn’t tell me who the new driver was. During the call, the customer service representative (an Indian man) rudely hung up on me while I was still speaking. At 8:53pm, my boyfriend sent me a screenshot saying the item was marked as delivered, but when I checked with the concierge, they confirmed no delivery had been made. They couldn’t even tell me if I would receive the delivery that day or when I could expect it.

Delivery came massively late, follow up calls went to a call center that gave inaccurate estimates of follow up time. Lame excuse of it being Valentine's Day when it's clearly not a shock that there are more deliveries on Valentine's Day, there is a price premium and FNP.SG used a third party logistics provider anyway and decided to cheap out and not pay for more drivers and prioritized company short term profits instead of customer satisfaction. Shocking audacity really as if I should expect flowers to come late instead of punctually because it is Valentine's.

Placed an order for Valentine's day and delivery expected for 15 th february. Why this company accepting orders if they can't deliver on time. Better close this company and do some other business.

I would have given zero stars if I could. If you cannot deliver on Valentine’s Day then don’t accept my order. I could’ve gone to other places. Your ready offer to cancel or reschedule to next day just reflects you’re not suited for this business. After going offline for an hour at 7:30pm. Finally there’s a resolution. To deliver before 10pm. The original delivery slot was 6am-4pm. I told them the office will be closed and the receiver will not be there. And their solution is to wait for the delivery guy to call. Then to tell them the alternate location. Could this be done in a better way?

I've been ordering from Ferns & petals for all the special occasions and anniversary and having no issues and the customer service was really good. How ever this time around I am so disappointed. I've order a Vday gift as a surprise for my wife and the time slot is from 6am to 4pm and the delivery was so late still 7.30pm and becos of that the delivery called my wife and ask for a change of location instead of calling me! I am so disappointed this time round.

Dear FNP, what is the use of using your service if our gifts will never be delivered??? 3rd day today since it should have been delivered and I am still waiting, no sign of the delivery till now and the only response I am receiving from your customer service is you are not responsible for things delivered by your courier service!! Please mention that on the product page so that customers do not get fooled by the delivery date you provide!! I find this very very frustrating and disappointing!!! Never again am I or my friends will order from your site!

I ordered the flowers for the valentine day. my wife did not received the item and they claim to have delivered at 7am which my wife office opens at 8am. As such, I have to spend another $250 to get another shop to deliver.

I am extremely frustrated with FNP's service. My delivery never arrived, and instead of receiving the expected package, I was contacted by the delivery driver, but they called my phone number instead of the receipt number. To make matters worse, the delivery timeline was not met, and now, despite it clearly not being my fault, they are refusing to issue a refund. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I will never be using FNP again. It's disappointing to deal with such poor communication and unhelpful responses

I ordered flowers for my friend’s birthday. They were limp and not fresh. Absolutely did not match the picture on their website of what I thought I was buying. I just wasted $98. I’m embarrassed and will not be able to gift them to my friend. I will never be using them again. Nor will I recommend them.

If there was negative stars I would award to FNP. I ordered orchids for delivery on Friday. They were delivered later after 5pm. The orchids were already limp. Almost immediately, the buds and flowers started dropping and by Monday, only half the bunch is left. I contacted them by website and WhatsApp to complain, and the reply is that FNP will not do anything because it is more than 48 hours from delivery. I explained that I did not contact them over the weekend out of consideration but they still refused to do anything. LOUSY FLOWERS AND LOUSY SERVICE. AVOID FNP AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

A syndicate of scammers. I promised to tell people about my experience getting my money back from this dishonest company. I thought I would never fall for the manipulation of such con artists, but I did. After weeks of living a miserable life, I called lilo grace 75 @ 𝘨𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘭 . 𝘤𝘰𝘮 𝘞hatsApp: +1__(615)__414__(15)__62 to get my money back from the scammer because I had no means to withdraw the roughly 99,620 USDT I had put to their fake trading account in my name. They assisted me in recovering my stolen valuables, just as in a dream. I assume that someone would find this information useful because the scammers will stop at nothing to irritate you.

Worst Worst Worst Experience *1/5 stars* I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from FNP. I ordered a birthday surprise for my friend, which included a bouquet of flowers, a personalized message card, and a vase. However, the message card was missing and the vase was damaged upon delivery. The fact that the message card was not included was a major oversight, as it was a crucial part of the surprise. The damaged vase was also a letdown, as it compromised the overall presentation of the bouquet. I expect a certain level of service and attention to detail from a company like FNP, especially when it comes to special occasions like birthdays. Unfortunately, they fell short of my expectations in a big way. Unless they seriously revamp their quality control and customer service, I would not recommend FNP to anyone. Worst experience. Delivery was suppose to be delivered in the morning which didn't deliver till 8pm and Customer care wasn't aware about the reason and denyed to cancel the order. Don't spoil your money and time on FNP
