“I ordered my bouquet the day before & got confirmation through email, message and whatsapp. I was curious to see if my order went through and I called the store and they were very nice and communicative and helped me to double check if my payment went through. The next day they sent me a message that they would deliver it within a stipulated time and they gave a fresh bouquet to me on time! The bouquet looked exactly like what I ordered. They cannot inform if an item in the order is unavailable or if the order is on hold. They neither provide support for alternate orders nor give any update regarding an existing order. Very unacceptable and tragically disappointing company.”

Flowers, Tulips, did not bloom but withered after 3days. Complain, too late. Florist complains only within 48hrs!! As far as FnP was concerned, they did their part of timely delivery!!!
