Never has fnp delivered on time. It surley needs to learn punctuality from the other e commerce players like blinkit.

“Pathetic delivery services! I paid extra to get the cake delivered by 9 PM. Even after calling the delivery executive 25 times he either abandoned the call or didn’t even pick up. His name is Neeraj and mobile no is 816-8596701. Never expected this from ferns and petals. I want my refund now. What will I do to this cake in midnight when I ordered it for father’s day. Not gonna use their services in future and won’t let anyone known order from them. And the worst part is that customer service executive does not even speak over a phone call. What a waste of money. Not recommended at all!”
“Ordered from Ferns & Petals in a $25.14 (June 3, 2024) worth of sympathy flowers and small Teddy bear plush toy for a colleague in Gurgaon. Order# 52711316. This is a work establishment. So instead of dropping off the flowers in the lobby desk, they did not deliver the flowers because the person was not there in the office when they arrived. they now have pocketed the money and giving an excuse that the flowers were perishable . they did not drop them off / deliver them , they did not try another time and now they refuse to make the delivery or refund me. by the way there is no sight of the Plush toy either, which is not perishable. Sorry to sat that I have no proof that they even tried to deliver the flowers and why they did not drop them off in the first place. To this day they have not tried to deliver again or return my money. they are not worried about their business brand, and have defeated the purpose of conveying the sentiment of sympathy to my friend in a timely manner. I do not recommend Ferns & Petals for their inaction, and very poor customer service. I want FNP Gurgaon to either make the delivery of my order or return my money promptly.”
“A father's day delivery that was supposed to reach by 3 pm has not reached till 6.45 pm. I was charged express delivery fee for that. I am told it will be delivered by 10 p.m.
FNP received large number of orders. How about only taking orders that they can fulfill ?”

“The for a bouquet of 263 dhs , I received 2 half dead lilies and a few other flowers and few ferrarocha chocolates . Ok I do understand I choose the bouquet, but did not expect such bad quality of flowers. Who puts lilies with petals half fallen off ?? They they conviently say they will offer a 15%discount on next purchase, do you think after such a bad experience I will reorder from you?? Flowers should bring happiness to a person n feel depress when they look at it. It was a Father’s Day bouquet and we are all sad , depressed and feel ripped off for this aweful bouquet. I landed in a party without the gift which was ordered.I paid them online, delivery didn't happen and now these guys are passing blame on the courier company.
I made a deal with fern and petals and not with courier company, even made them upfront payments, still my order was not delivered on the scheduled date.
These guys are ignorant of the customer complains.
So pls make a smart choice....”

“I used them to try to deliver fathers day gift to my dad. Ordered on the 30th of May for a delivered a day ahead as I didn't want to take a chance of it not being delivery. Now it will not only not be delivered a day before but will be two days later. Customers BEWARE. They date that they say is apparently an estimate and there is no guarantee. Not using them again.”
“The entire process was messy, poorly coordinated and unprofessional. The customer support team stated that we will resolve your issue in 24 to 48 hours. So anyone looking to get decoration done by them please beware, because by the time they resolve your issue, the event maybe over.
From a shouting match between the back end team and the boy who came to fix the decoration, to finally the boy quitting his job on a phone call in front of me. I saw and heard it all.
If you are looking for a seamless professional service please don’t choose them. But if you are looking for some poor quality TV drama they may just be the one.”

“Worst service after order, I have ordered gift item o 3rd June to be delivered on 6th June but item was not delivered on agreed date. I have track the order which shows schedule delivery on 6 June and tried twice to contact via online chat but they also revert with same un-useful screen shot :(, finally item has delivered today on 11 June after a week of occasion and I received email to give feedback with disable links therefore cannot give feedback via email and also search on their website which also doesn't have feedback option. Here minimum mark option is 1 other wise I would give -5 or zero zero. Very bad customer service :(”
“I ordered from you a cake and for delivery to happen on time, I had to fight with all of your customer service people for 1 day and finally i got it even though delivered late. Now the person who has delivered the cake is in contact with me to check about his payment, which he didn't receive it yet from the great FERNSANDPETALS India. What exactly are you guys doing there? Even after writing the full address with pin code, the package was first sent to some other location and later given to us. For the same when I asked your customer service team, they are bluntly saying that the delivery is not even out then how my order will be sent to other place. Anyways great experience with the full team of FNP. NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE. Pathetic.”
“Don’t ever order from fnp. They replace orders which cheap stuff and no information. Customer service makes stale excuses. Had ordered from them for the first time and really regretted it. There are other vendors who are far more reliable. Never again
