I placed a cake order for a newlywed couple’s first anniversary and was assured delivery at a specific time for which I paid additional charges. Despite repeated follow-ups, your team failed to respond on time, and the order was delayed, causing me to cancel the planned cake-cutting ceremony. This ruined an important occasion and left everyone disappointed. I strongly advise others not to use your services, as my experience was utterly frustrating and unreliable.

I am very disappointed with the flowers they sent. Flowers were like wilting and dull. Never ever use this company! The card is so pathetic. Should be zero stars!!!

Don’t use this company. Over £75 spend with them. Shocking cake. Nothing like the pictures. Filled out on top with cut off cake pieces instead of fruit. Sign completely different which I paid extra for… no capital letter on Happy. Paid for it from the uk for my best friends 40th birthday. Very embarrassed, arrived a little squashed on top and looking and tasting very poor. Paid over £75 to this company. Refusing to refund and offered a discount of SGD 10 on my next purchase. I’ve explained I didn’t get what I thought I was purchasing, point blank refusing a refund. I definitely won’t be using this company again and would strongly recommend not to for a cake.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this flower delivery service — not for the first time, unfortunately. I ordered flowers for my mum’s birthday, paying extra to have them delivered during a specific time window. Being overseas, I provided my dad’s local contact number for delivery coordination. What followed was a complete failure of service. The delivery team made no actual attempt to deliver — just a missed call or two while my dad was in a meeting. There was no persistence, no proper communication, and absolutely no attempt to redeliver. Calling the number back led to no answer. I raised a complaint promptly and provided both my parents’ landline and my own number, but customer service kept repeating the same robotic line: “We haven’t received a response from you,” which is completely false. I responded multiple times, yet they continued to ignore every message and ultimately never delivered the flowers nor issued a refund. This is not my first bad experience with them. In the past, half my order was never delivered until I raised a complaint — and even then, it took days to correct. I will never be using this service again and would strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Unreliable, dismissive, and grossly unprofessional. If you’re looking to make a loved one feel special, this company will only leave you frustrated and disappointed.

Horrible experience twice now. First time I wasn’t sure what the issue was. I had sent a diary/ pen set for dad on Father’s Day and the dairy was old , not new. Second time round I had ordered a birthday gift for a near one and they never delivered it on assigned day mentioning we can’t take guarantee for our delivery partners as to when will it be delivered. They have just tied up with local business but have no idea how it is working on grass-root level nor any way to resolve customer complaints appropriately. Prefer to order on Swiggy/ Zomato or reach out to a local business directly. Not worth the hassles.

I and my fiancé had a very bad experience from Ferns and Petals. What we have ordered they did not delivered same and not even on same day. We did lots of follow ups for our prepaid service. Service and products both were very disappointed. Don’t choose Ferns and Petals for any services. It was a good app, years back but now from last few years they are just fooling people.

I would have given a 0 start if there is anything like that. Guys this company is pathetic. Never order anything from them. I placed orders on the 9th for my wife's valentine gift to be delivered. Today I get an email saying they can't deliver as it's out of their perimeter. Such a pathetic company who doesn't know how much they can cover for delivery. It's the worst ever customer service and please don't waste money on this fraudsters. They wanted to return my money as a gift card and it's their decision. Appalling. Don't get into this message fellows. Pathetic.

One of the worst company I have ever dealt with recently. I'm a repeated customer and did a lot of orders before with fnp, but recently on the Valentine Day occasion I had the nightmare service. Instead of delivering the selected gift on Valentine Day as scheduled, the order was delayed to the next day and after many calls and emails the order has been delivered wrong with different one. I'm speechless of such horrible services and I will raise my voice throughout social medias to make people aware of such sooooooooo bad services and definitely will not repeat work with you.

Ferns N Petals is absolutely horrible! I placed an order on the 13th for a Valentine’s Day delivery on the 14th, but nothing was delivered. When I tried following up, no one answered the phone, and my texts were completely ignored. I received no updates, and then, on the morning of the 15th, I got a message saying the order was “on the way”! It’s a complete joke. This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I highly recommend you avoid them and choose another service. These guys are a scam!

Terrible Service. Gift Ordered for delivery on Valentine's day 14th. They didn't deliver. Now they want to deliver on 15th and forcing to accept the late delivery.PATHETIC SERVICE. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Delivery was promised to be done by 2200.. didn't happen.. at 0120 delivery arrives at my door step when event is over and ppl sleeping. Expect someone to pick up a delivery at 0120! How can you even deliver at such a time. Ridiculous.. common sense RIP
