I had ordered the happy birthday gift arrangements set. I was totally unsatisfied with this order. The birthday cake was given with no knife or cutlery and as the plan of cutting the cake was in made of a garden and to my surprise, I did not find any knife in it and so I stumbled to cut the cake. FNP being a reputed org I did not expect such a carelessness which really ruined the moment of the cake, cutting, despite the place chosen. So either you can do 100% check before handing it over the customer, or please don’t take the order anymore if you cannot make it to the expectation of the customer. This not only bad, but also spoil the moment without a key thing to celebrate the birthday. Apart from that, the other things that I had ordered, had been in good place.”
“Ferns and petals is the worst organisation and bad policy to customers.....they never speak the truth to thier customers, they never value to their customers.....it is better not to order from F&P.”

Team asked for date and time slot.
Gave them preferred date and time.
Then one Ajay Kumar writes that flowers were fresh. Therefore no redelivery.
Waste of money.

“Always late. 1 hour service is 4 hour service. Severely overpriced. They always have a problem with order then try to give you discount off next order so they can mess it up again”
“The bouquet that was delivered for someone special on her birthday was much smaller that what I ordered on the website. See attached pictures. Colours were off too. Ordered purplish but turned out pinkish yellow. First time using fnp and it's disappointing.”
“Item was delivered to a acquaintance hospitalized. However, the delivery order attached to the hamper indicated "Hari Raya Wishes Gift Basket" instead of "Get Well". Was disappointed as the hamper was not meant for the celebration. Will never order from FNP again.”
