Didn't get back to me about tracking of parcel. No way to know whether it had been delivered without contacting recipients and spoiling the surprise.

I still don’t know if the hamper I ordered for my grandson in London has been delivered or not. .I was told he would not get it for Christmas as I had intended. Has it been delivered? It would be nice to know

Product was good, nicely boxed and the select was good. But...... customer service none existence sent emails, tweets and used the “contact us” and the experience was lacking on all. Would I use them again maybe but only if I couldn’t get the product anywhere else.

Despite ordering in time for Christmas, my order has still not been delivered (its now New Years Eve) to my parents who are elderly and shielding. I would want better info on website about the ability for goods to be delivered on time. I was only made aware that my order would not be delivered in time on Christmas Eve. Not acceptable.

My order didn't arrive on time which was disappointing as it was a Christmas present for my brother. Initially communication was very poor but I did eventually get a very apologetic email. I am awaiting a refund now as my order was too late to be of use. Hopefully this will be straight forward. I would be hesitant to use Boroughbox again although did appreciate the email.

I purchased 2 boxes because the delivery time estimated was 2 days - big mistake. The boxes were a gift and turned up far too late. They idea and themed hampers are a great idea but means nothing if it doesn’t arrive at the promised time.

I received one of these a a gift and thought it was lovely therefore I placed an order on the 6th of December for 2x hampers to give as Christmas gifts. Having not received them by the 23rd, and given that they state they had been shipped a few days after purchase but no further delivery updates are available, I emailed boroughbox to see if there had been an issue (I know things are tough at the moment giving the circumstances) but I have still not heard anything and had to explain to two family members their gift had not yet arrived. Spent a fair amount of money and now I'm worried my gifts aren't arriving at all.

Ordered 6 hampers at the beginning of December for delivery on 17 December, didn't arrive until 23rd. Hampers were part of a meeting that was held before Christmas and so it was disappointing they didn't arrive. Will not use Borough Box again for this reason

I'm sorry to say that delivery was exceptionally poor. Ordered a birthday present on 14th November, requesting delivery for 3rd December. The package (cheese box) didn't arrive until 12th December and I had to constantly ask about progress without much of a heartfelt apology. Photos of the box when it arrived look good but by that time I was already embarrassed and annoyed.

You need to open your lines of communication!....very poor customer service.Sending out an automatic response email isn't as you claim 'always here to help'.Over 3 weeks for delivery and because I heard nothing until Christmas Eve I had to go and buy extra presents in case yours didn't get here.....as yet 10.20 am it still hasn't.

I have placed an order 3 weeks ago and still I did not receive my parcel. I tried to contact them via email and phone to rearrange my order, but no one has ever answered. I understand it is Christmas time, and this year this is happening in a very special circumstances. But I have ordered my product long before Christmas. Also I would have accepted the delay if anyone from the team let me know when approximately I would expect the parcel to be delivered. If you choose BoroughBox you might experience absence of customer service.

3 out of 4 orders delivered. 4th one seems to have completely disappeared and no idea where it is. Not able to contact anyone to find out what had happened. Very disappointing as ordered first week in December but radio silence from the company means someone has had to go without their Xmas present. Only response you get from the company is an automated reply saying they are busy. Your money is taken from the bank quickly enough but not so quick to help you with queries.

Ordered on 7/12/20 delivery was super late, tracking wasn’t registering/updating so I emailed customer support and never heard from them. Not impressed. I am cognizant of the Covid induced strain on the system but my experience was absurd.

Dreadful customer service. I appreciate it is a difficult time but the only way to contact you is via email or leaving a phone message which nobody responds to. There was no way to speak to anybody and hamper arrived 5 days after the requested delivery date. Will not be using this company again.
