“I ordered a borough box for a vegan relative on 9th December with GUARANTEED delivery for Christmas. Despite repeated attempts to get in touch with Borough box, no one responded to one of my emails - like they won’t to this. I then repeatedly tried to cancel my order and no one responded to my emails. The item finally arrived on 30th December despite me asking from before Xmas for the item to be cancelled. Christmas is over - the relative long gone and I am stuck with a vegan gift box when I am a full on carnivore. Appalling non service and I know I will get zero response from borough box! Despite this - the products look great!”

“The friends we sent this to seemed happy with it but since it was. Christmas gift it was rather pointless that it arrived on 30th December! Very disappointing and wouldn’t order again”

“Really delicious mixture of good quality products. Easy to purchase, comes well packaged and presented. I bought the Brownie advent calendar, boyfriend box, selection of beers, and chocolate whisky liquor. All came in time for Christmas and advent. All recipients very pleased!”

“Terrible contact and order fulfilment. Couldn’t get in touch with them to find my order after it disappeared and didn’t arrive in time for Christmas as promised - clearly took way too many orders and didn’t bother letting anyone know the truth of the situation. Very disappointing and won’t use again.”

“My order didn't arrive on time which was disappointing as it was a Christmas present for my brother. Initially communication was very poor but I did eventually get a very apologetic email. I am awaiting a refund now as my order was too late to be of use. Hopefully this will be straight forward. I would be hesitant to use Boroughbox again although did appreciate the email.”
