“I bought this as a present for my son in law and he absolutely loved it all. He sent me soho to of the contents and really looked good value for money”

“I ordered some pies for delivery to another address. The courier did not attempt to inform the recipient ( or me ) that the pies were enroute. The courier did not use the doorbell so the recipient who was at home missed the delivery. Delivery was re arranged for the next day and the recipient sat in the hall and waited for the courier, who again did not use the doorbell. Fortunately the company supplying the pies had packaged them well and they were still cold. Most of the pies were frozen by the recipient but one he has eaten was reported as being very good, a mild cheese mixture with an unusual pastry. Pies good. Courier stupid.”

“Fast delivery, and an excellent gift. I had a bit of confusion (my fault) after the booking and contacted the customer service twice by email. Each time I received an almost very quick reply with all the answers I needed. Fabulous service from start to finish.”

“Quite overpriced and despite writing one on the website no gift note was included in the package so the recipient had no idea who it was from. Pretty poor for a 'gift company'. Won't be using again.”

Hi there, I'm so sorry to hear the gift message was left out from your order. This can happen on the very rare occasion due to human error. However I understand the disappointment of this and I'm sorry! I hope the recipient still enjoyed the gift!

“Sent a letterbox bottle of red wine to my sister for her birthday. Ideal gift as she works long hours and picking up parcels from post offie difficult. Disappointing that postman left a card and didn’t deliver. Waste of time!!”

“EXPENSIVE. 200g of cheese for £7, Less than a dozen pitta crisps for £1. If ordering from multiple suppliers the postage gets expensive. Would never have ordered from here were it not for the fact I received a gift voucher from my company. A site for people with more money than sense.”
