"Rude, weaselly staff. Took 1hr 45 minutes for delivery, food was disgusting and inedible. Refused to give a full refund.\r\n\r\nOrdered here on a saturday night, sometimes I walk but I figured I'd get it delivered since I'm only 5 minutes away and I can get some work done while I wait.\r\n\r\nAfter an hour I start to get a bit impatient so I try calling. No answer. Engaged. Try a few more times over the course of the next 45 minutes. No dice.\r\n\r\nAfter 1 hr and 45 minutes a delivery driver shows up, saying nothing, and sheepishly hands me a wilted, wet box before legging it. By that point I'd already eaten because I didn't expect food. It's inedible anyway, so it all goes in the bin. See pictures.\r\n\r\nI call up when they open the next day and get fobbed off and told to wait until the manager's in, he'll call me later. When the manager arrives (I call him), dude says I have to call foodhub. Great. I find a phone number on some site (foodhub won't let me log in on their site to file a ticket, just bugs repeatedly - convenient for them. And no public phone number) and manage to get a call from a nice lady that tells me I need to install an app and send the pictures. The man on the app tells me I need to call the restaurant, who tell me I need to speak to foodhub.\r\n\r\nFinally the manager pretends he can't hear me and continually hangs up. Foodhub only agree to a partial refund because the restaurant says the food was \"hot and freshly-prepared\".\r\n\r\nHere's what foodhub and Pizza Giorgio consider \"fresh, good food\". Notice that it's been sitting so long the plastic thingy on the pizza has pierced through the bottom of the wet box, and the paper is fused to the pizza."

"Absolutely awful customer service!! My very first order and my last and I will discourage people from ordering with them as I have a large circle of friends who love movie, furry nights, themed nights etc I will advise them not to bother using #foodhub. \r\nLies and insults you'll get in abundance\r\n\r\nTo be fair to the restaurant after waiting 2.5 hours I got my money back and a cold pizza but #foodhub took no responsibility and best they could offer having waited and had to argue for nearly an hour to get them to contact the restaurant for my money back and cancel the order was a cold pizza and an offer of \u00a33 and the excuse that in busy periods (erm 3pm on a Tuesday) there may be delays \ud83e\udd23\ud83e\udd23\ud83e\udd23.....really????\r\nFrom start to finish the whole first time order was terrible and their customer service team don't know the meaning of what goodwill means. \r\nIf you want a good service and a company who values custom then don't look to #foodhub better stick with other companies that seem to value customers"

"Everytime I order from your application the restaurants are \" too busy \" and don't accept my orders this even in a weekday the first time I tried to order a pizza in rugby the restaurant called mighty pizza didn't even exist because just recently, I went and walked there after and I didn't get a refund at all.\r\n\r\nyet another business is trading from there and told me they don't exist yet they're still trading from the app at the same time how is that?? Scammers and false companies foodhub works with sort the app and fake\/non existent businesses out..."

"Please, don\u2019t use them if you want to order food with delivery. They charge you (plus delivery commission) and then cancel the order due to the distance!? They don\u2019t have the option to check the address first but takes the money straight away!! Aah, the refund is on the way in FIVE working days!? "This is a small business and when the company approached to me, I was clear that i did not need it, however they insist and i get it but in the same day when the notify that I was approved, I canceled by email due a personal issues, after 2 months I have been receiving charges in my account every two weeks and I NEVER have used the platform and never i gave my business information, many emails i sent requesting to stop charging and refund the money and nobody answer me\r\nHow serious could be?"
