“I ordered Icelandic haddock and received "Product of China"-complete with additives like sodium tripolyphosphate. Had been looking forward to this. Extremely disappointed to be led astray!”

“More than half the box of Graham crackers came broken and I am unable to use them I spoke to someone on chat and they had to forward it to another team and I'm still waiting to be contacted”

“The product was fine. The problem with the payment was a nightmare. I had not ordered in a year. I used the same credit card but it was not accepted. I checked the bank, unlocked the account, and still would not accept the credit card. I had 2-3 direct conversations with Food Service Direct and still they would not accept the card. Very frustrated, so I used my personal credit card to pay for the product. I have never had this issue with FSD prior to this order. I hope that this does not happen next time or I will reconsider ordering product again.”

“My order is on hold because of "out-of-Stock" which is understandable as it is a popular item. FSD is excellent in letting you know the status of your order. I know as soon as the ordered item is back in stock I will receive it.”
