I got 4 cases of chocolate Blue Bunny 4 oz cups on sale and the food cost $149. Thankful! Shipping and handling cost $50. Sent on dry ice in styro chests. The dry ice bags were empty, so I don't know how solid the ice cream was. The shipper delivered after the church staff had left for the day and I realize this is beyond your control. I got to the church within 45 min. and discovered our pastor was still there and had his son take the packages to the kitchen freezer.

Very bad shipment of croutons. Half of the bags are just filled with air, and just a few croutons if any.

Good selection. Good customer service. Poor shipping and logistics. Frozen items defrosted 60% of time. Items ordered with 3 week ship time become 'unavailable' after waiting, but no notice given until I request update, and only option is to resubmit and hope they arrive after another 3-4 weeks. That is poor logistical service.

The first time I started looking for a certain product, the prices were insane. And the prices that were good, were too expensive. Then I found FoodServiceDirect. They not only had the products I wanted, they offered free shipping. Since then, I only order what I need/want from this company. They ship fast, they ship well including using dry ice to maintain the product's quality and I have never had a problem with them. Highly recommend.

It was a little pricey but the delivery was pretty fast and packaged really well. I’ve used them quite a few times and so far haven’t had a single complaint. Highly recommend

I like the prompt delivery of my order. I use your service to obtain food that I use for its low Sodium content. I need to limit my Sodium intake because I suffered a "Mini-Stroke" many years ago. I wish the delivery was made to the door of my house furthest from my driveway instead of the door nearest my driveway. I am obliged to use a rollator to walk, due to spinal stenosis. I have to use a hand truck to carry the order between the 2 doors.

I use Food Service Direct to purchase items for my specialty bakery that I can't buy in the store. I love the ease of ordering and how fast items arrive. I also love that they have the items I need since they are hard to get in other places.
