“The knorr clam base I received expires in less than 2 months. There is no way I can use that much clam base that quick!! Would have liked the expiration date to be out farther.”

“The agent that I talked with on the phone was pleasant and efficent and she promised that my order would arrive by the needed time (5 days before the pans would be used). It was absolutely essential. The package DID NOT arrive by the scheduled date and it was too late for me to find an alternative source. I was under extreme stress for a whole week. The package arrived hours before the pans were needed and to top it off, they were not exactly what we needed (the sides of the pans were shorter than normal).”

“I order a certain food product from Food Service Direct every three months because the quality is so high and I can save so much money buying in bulk a product I use a lot of in my home cooking. I have always been very pleased with the service I recieve from Food Service Direct.”

“I did not receive the order in time for the function. And when I did it did not come with lids like the description showed, took me 2 weeks to get that issue resolved with customer service. Then i found out they charged me twice on my credit card. Now I cannot get anyone from customer service to answer my emails to expkain the second charge. I will never order from this company again..”

“I couldn’t find what I needed from my local restaurant supply so I frantically searched online and found Food Service Direct. They had the bulk item u needed and were able to ship it to me within days of purchase. It was a seamless transaction. I wish all of my vendors were this efficient!”

“I have a terrible experience with ordering from food service direct I ordered 2 containers of knorr powder from food service direct only one was shipped to me and my card was charged for y price of 2 after calling I was asked to send different proof which I did up till now I have not received my second container as a matter of fact I come to my mail to see how I can ask for return label so I can send the one sent to me and get my money back and never order anything from food direct again. This”
