“I ordered the Campfire Marshmallows in the case size. The delivery was quick and the marshmallows were nice and fresh. I use them to make my fondant for my cakes and cookies.”

“Thank you!!! Much better but dry ice melted. The first few deliveries were still frozen and ice still in bags, but at least all boxes were in tact and nothing jumbled around. “I ordered a case of El Yucateco. It came in two large plastic bottles. In shipping, one of the bottles had broken on the bottom of the bottle spilling a lot of the contents. Luckily it was also in a plastic bag so the mess was well contained. Stuff happens. I rinsed off the other bottle and I wrote to customer service. They quickly responded and refunded me the difference for the broken bottle. Kudos for good customer service!”
