“I never received my order it says it was delivered dec 24th i wasn't here and when i got home package was not there i spoke to costumer service already”

“So I ordered my Boylan Ginger Ale through this place. The product was in pristine condition! No leaks, no broken bottles. It arrived right on time, which I know doesn’t really have everything to do with Food Service, BUT this just means that Food Service uses a reliable company for it’s customer satisfaction. In addition, they use biodegradable stuffing (popcorn puff) which dissolves in hot water. So environmentally conscientious too! Love it!”

“I was concerned about ordering frozen food to arrive in a package shipped to my home- I've always just gone to the supermarket and brought frozen foods in ASAP so they won't melt and spoil. After not finding a specific frozen food in any of the three nearby supermarkets, I took a chance. The cherries arrived in good shape and very frozen! The packing was top notch. I even accidentally froze a mitten I placed under the box because the box was still that cold a couple days later! Haha all is well though, the mittens are fine and the cherries are phenomenal. Thank you for making this possible! We weren't sure if we'd ever have our favorite frozen cherries again. You might be the only store stocking them at this point! Thanks again for making this a 5 star experience.”

“Rich's On Top Topping is the best we have ever tried. After it was deleted from our local Grocery Store I got it from the Producer and will never be without it again. It is good on cakes, fruit, pies and anything else that needs whipped cream. It is much lower in calories than whipped cream and also low in carbs. As my 6 -year old grandson would say, "Try it, you'll like it".”

“My child LOVES the Benefit Bars. Occasionally, they get them for breakfast at school. He asked for these as a gift. Typically, I would not pay this price for a snack treat for him. I wish they were more affordable (so does my wallet)! Luckily for him, his wish list was short. His favorite are the Banana Chocolate Chip. These were not available so I purchased the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip ones. They arrived as expected. It was fun to use the dry ice too. Only problem was when I went to get it out of the cooler, the bag was open and chunks of dry ice came out.”

“Love the bialys! I ordered 60 of them and though initially they sent me 60 bagels, they sent me the correct order(after jumping through some hoops) expediently They freeze well and I share them with my daughter who loves them as well. I will definitely order from them again”

“I received 100 lbs of rice in 4 different boxes one of which was broken and about 5 lbs of rice were lost. The package was spilling rice when it was delivered. The return policy is not favorable for this and I had to take the loss because they would charge 25% of the cost plus the shipping to return. I am not sure if I will be ordering again from them.”
