You need to change your accounting policy. When I ordered the product I received a pending charge on my credit card that went on for weeks then it mysteriously disappeared and I did not know what was going on so thinking the order was canceled I ordered it again and again a pending charge came on my credit card and disappeared but this time I called in and talked with customer service. Your policy of charging the customer at the delivery time occurred and had two boxes that came. STOP doing the pending charge! JP of SLC...

Thank you for sharing your experience with us we really do appreciate it. I am so sorry to hear that your experience with our company has not met your expectations. Pending holds are held on your account for up to 30 days and will release once the order ships. The first charge disappeared once your order shipped then it became an official charge on your card. The second charge was for the second order you placed and like the first one it shipped so the hold disappeared and became a charge on your card. We do everything in our power to keep you up to date on your order. Any important updates to your order are emailed to the email on file. If you do not see them please check your spam folder for them. You can also check the status of your order, Tracking links, or any updates via your account dashboard. I bought apple cranberry pies. They are delicious. Come in good shape and fast Will order again. Apple hi pies and apple raspberry are also excellent.

The product I ordered and the product I received were not the same. The image on the website did not match the description and they sent me the image item. When I called them to ask for a refund and to send the product back they argued with me that I received the right product while admitting that the image and description did not match. After asking for a manager to speak to they told me they would have someone call me back. After speaking with the manager she admitted I was in the the right and would send a refund. After waiting for 6+ days for my refund I was given the run around to call PayPal, call my bank..meanwhile no refund in site while I already sent back their product as they requested. I called my bank to let them know of the situation provided them the tracking number they refunded my money, and said they would get in touch with the company. Will never use this company again or refer it to anyone I know. Their customer service is terrible and they market incorrect items while they argue with me about it when I call them to tell them it’s wrong, despite them agreeing with me. My bank also said no refund was ever tracked on their side, so I doubt I would have got my money back if I didn’t call my bank to dispute the charge.

This was a wonderful surprise for me to be able to order these wonderful calzones for my husband. Their arrival was postponed but I was informed quickly and they arrived in a timely matter.

I received my package and shortly after I was notified that it had been delivered .It was packed nicely, and the sausage was frozen solid. The sausage was separated with wax paper.I will continue to order from this company in the near future.

It was a mess. The funnel cakes were all broken and had to be thrown away. So it was definitely a waste. Money wasted!!

These were absolutely a big hit! Our customers loved them. We deep fried them took less than a minute to brown and it was a GO!
