“Absolutely appalling, won pair of shoes 14days ago, messaged them several times on Twitter, email Facebook no replies for 7 days, were very quick to take money. Finally got a reply saying they’ve cancelled my order due to shoes going missing however they have now Been able to source another pair which they’ll post soon. Been waiting another 7days since no postal info, no email. Worst customer service. Never again”
“Ordered shoes, waited 28 days. After their 28 delivery rules i contacted them to see what the status was of my order. Only to find out they lost my order somewhere between courier and them. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a common thing. I will never order from this site again. I will also file a complain at JD Sports HQ, which Footpatrol falls under. I would advise others to do the same.”
“I cannot put in to words how shocking the whole experience I have had with footpatrol has been.
I ordered a pair of limited edition shoes back in November for my partner as a birthday present.
The size was wrong so I returned the shoes and requested an exchange to the smaller size. Footpatrol completely ignored my request for an exchange and proceeded to refund me, however the refund took around 2 weeks.
After receiving my refund I re ordered the shoes in the correct size (26.12.20). I had a notice saying they had been dispatched on the 30.12.20.
Due to Christmas and various bank holidays I allowed 2 weeks before I began to wonder where my order was.
After contacting Footpatrol I was told they were going to “investigate” the whereabouts of my parcel with the courier.
I then heard nothing.
After chasing Footpatrol AGAIN they have decided to inform me that the shoes have been “lost” and they were providing me with a refund.
I find the whole situation extremely convenient as the shoes are now completely out of stock and unable to purchase from anywhere.
It appears to me that they have over sold the shoes and were trying to see if they could get away with not refunding me and then proceed to blame it on the courier.
I would not be in this situation had they been able to follow simple instructions in the first instance.
I would love to know why they offer an exchange service when they simply ignore their exchange requests.
I would not recommend purchasing from them online. They are completely incompetent and have absolutely zero customer service skills.”

“I am unsatisfied because they suppose to deliver my shoes and I paid for it. They had not update me for more than a week and I decided to message the costumer service. To my surprise, they cancelled my order for the reason of stock availability. I was wondering because in the first place I won the shoes so I concluded that I have my pair reserved and they didn’t update me unless I ask them. I think they sold my pair to other costumers “unofficially” to earn more money. This is unfair, I am very dissappointed.”

I won a raffle for Sacai Shoes I’m March 6th. Footpatrol made the shoes to a different address than the one provided. Almost two months later, I still have the charge on my card. How has someone not corrected this issue? Turned a positive experience into the worst experience I’ve had with any shoe company. Currently, I have purchase over 50 pairs of shoes in 2020 and by far the worst customer service experience of any company.”

The tee shirt was returned and she has still not been sent her trainers or had money returned
