Would never order here again Footasylum never admit they are wrong and like to accuse you of doing wrong bad customer services stay away from them horrible company shop at Jd sports

Goods received were not genuine, no Nike sign on the insole, glue marks, stitching a total mess, laces were coming apart. Went back to shop for a refund and was spoken to like I was a child, apparently my reason for return was not covered in their policy, I reminded them of my rights as a consumer and the 14 day return policy. Eventually was given a refund. This is my first time shopping here and will never return

i forgot to mention my parcel was stolen because of the drivers incompetence. Instead of following my preferences to leave with a neighbor they ignored it and left in an unsafe place

Paid for next day delivery but it didn't come next day, no delivery refund given. Hermes then ignored my preference to leave with a neighbor and put behind bin, and instead of posting a card they slide it in the gap of my front door for all to see. Foot asylum are now refusing to refund me despite me doing nothing wrong

took ages to finally acknowledge my return, over phone calls,. then told they could only find 1 out of the 3 returned. now nearly 2 weeks later no goods and no refund. terrible service. never again!

Fake 20% off eBay discounts promotion beware next time Reduced trainers to less 20% off after event ended i pay more even with voucher also not just this seller lots my watched items same gone up after. Can’t be coincidence so many do it. I won’t rashly buy again and And will stick all sellers not ebays dishonest sly ebays with pretend fake discounts. Seller pretends it genuine summer sale lol, yeah right I was born yesterday. I don’t trust companies that act in this way just get sales. Patronising Unpleasant replies and expects me pay return this company got no morals money grabbers anything for sale. Poor reasons response only care about sales they being returned on principle. I be recommending everyone I know off not use this company. Plus sent boxes a bag and gets all beaten up. I been refused free return eBay when box clearly beat up should be in a another box, I will let eBay decide on the case in 8 days s

I ordered trainers on Thursday morning paid for next day delivery and was told Friday which would have been the day before the birthdays on the Saturday. Never got them on the Friday, satuday, Or Sunday so it says I should receive them on Monday!! Too late for a birthday gift. Poor service

Placed an order, got confirmation if despatch, next day was told they couldn't fulfil my order. I would get a refund in 3 to 5 days. 20 minutes later an email to say they were in the way. Parcel delivered but it was someone else's order! Phone customer service. They didn't call back as agreed. Phoned again. I now have to return these and as a gesture if goodwill they will give me 20 percent off my next full price purchase on line. Not because they are sorry!

You charged me for trainers that you did not send I'm still waiting for my money back as well as the £5.00 I paid for next day delivery, you blame Hermes who you apparently called but could not get any information on my trainers! I want my money back now! I don't like the thought of waiting for you to get the trainers back from Hermes who apparently have them due to your lack of communication and information with the company. I'm shocked an apology might have been an idea let alone some sort of compensation. I didn't even want to put one star if I'm honest. If Hermes are to blame like you say they are may I recommend a different delivery company that actually deliver

said the shoes were in stock, went through with order and delivery only to recieve an email 2 days later saying they were out of stock and an email saying money will be refunded. money has not yet been refunded but still waiting.

I needed a refund for a cancelled order. I hadn't even put my hands on the product. Email said that's fine. You'll be refunded in 3-7 working days. That was on the 17th of May. It's now 2nd of June. I've emailed customer services, where I got a copy of a so called refund to me and was told to 'take it up with my bank' "whaaaat?" Of course, I enquired with my bank who said quite rightly, "what do they think we can do about it?" Total scam, the refund slip in my email could be any old print out. Please AVOID this dreadful company!!!!

Placed an order over a week ago for next day delivery.. Received an email confirmation for the order but still yet to receive an email for order dispatch or a tracking number, decided to contact customer service to be told "This order should be delivered within 24-48 hours, unfortunately, we don't offer next day delivery to Ireland although our website allows you to." 1.The delivery isn't to Ireland so don't understand how that's disrupting the delivery & 2. If it was then isn't that a major flaw in the site that needs to be addressed? From reading other reviews I can see that this isn't an issue with just myself.. awful company won't be shopping with again or recommending anyone else do so.

Purchased a Rascal bag from Footasylum from the Birmingham Fort. After a month the lettering/logo on bag started to peel off. When I went back in store the Manager and Sales assistant refused an exchange or refund accusing me of putting the bag in the wash. Did not seem to comprehend that rain could have caused the fault. Poor customer service.

NEVER AGAIN - Possibly the worst experience EVER!! On Saturday ordered a pair of the new Air Force Ones as a surprise gift for my partner online, paid extra to get delivered to destination of my choice. Got confirmation email clarifying delivery address. On Monday I get a text and email to confirm my trainers have been delivered - great I think until I see where to! Only 40 miles away!! So I email them asking for explanation - no reply so I call them.. after being on the phone for just under 10 minutes I am put on hold while the "customer service advisor" puts me on hold to find out whats gone on. After several minutes on hold the line cuts off. I call back and give the same info again asking to speak to the person I was just speaking to only to be told his shift had ended - so he basically hung up on my whilst asking me to hold. Next advisor tried to be of somewhat help saying she would happily refund me the delivery charge which was under a fiver if I was to make the 2 hour round journey to collect the trainers and pay around £20 in fuel - Disgusting and unethical!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Stop taking peoples money for a service you cannot provide. Cancelled the order on the sheer cheek of this company and no email or text confirming my refund. Quick to take money. WILL NOT USE AGAIN

Ordered a tracksuit online, only the bottoms came I’ve spoke to them about the issue and they are saying the product is not left in stock so therefore it was false advertisement I’m not happy that now I have to waste my time and return the items personally. Appalling company so angry never buying from here again!!!!! Ever waste of my money and time now even more because I’m going in the store to return them so nothing goes missing!

Bought trainers and on the first wear they squeaked all day returned them to the store for an exchange to be told by a faceless supervisor that they wouldn't help as the trainers aren't faulty but to take it up with Adidas. Absolutely shocking service.

I ordered two pairs of trainers on Saturday. On Sunday I received an email stating that they had been dispatched and was on its way to the depot. By Monday there was a warning stating that it was delayed and would be sorted within the next 24hrs. 48hrs later I am still waiting... I contacted Hermes who were delivering my order and they stated that I need to wait another 48hrs for them to hear back from the depot as to why it had not been sent. I explained that this order was a gift for this weekend and that I had originally put it down to go to my work so it had to be delivered by Thursday. I asked them to re route it to my house so that I could at least get it when I am home this weekend (hopefully in time) and they informed me that they do no deliver over the weekend and could no re route it until they found it. I then contacted Footasylum today (still no response from hermes) and they also stated that I had to wait 24hrs for them to hear back from Hermes and that they could not guarantee that if they resent it that it would get to me by tomorrow. I had spent £158 and all they seemed to be doing is sending off an email and fobbing me off asking me to wait longer and longer. Putting a compliant in the system takes up to 5 days for a response/resolution. Having complained to both Hermes & Footasylum I requested a full refund and an email confirming that they are processing my refund as I want proof should anything else go wrong with my money. I would not buy from Footasylum again or any service that uses Hermes if this is the level of customer service they are providing.
