Very poor customer service, be waiting for goods, track the items was delay for 24hr no reason why and still waiting. Spoke to customer service should of reorder the goods still no goods or email. Spoke to Philip in customer service was promised all items would be reorder on next day delivery plus a refund on a item out of stock but still waiting no order number/ refund /emails . They just happy to take your money.

DO NOT USE FOOTASYLUM!!!!!!!! They are scammers. They accepted delivery to wrong address and have not re delivered my purchase. Worst ever customer service and ignored correspondence. 4 weeks later still no purchase or refund. DO NOT EVER USE FOOTASYLUM. Worst customer service ever.

Awful. Ordered and paid for an item. No email confirmation, no item arrived. Contacted them through twitter they apologised and said the order had not been processed, full refund provided. However, a month later ive tried again and same thing is happening... No email confirmation. Website also doesn't seem to accept PayPal.

Ordered some shoes and got no order confirmation, I tried to contact customer support with no success, it’s like their support team is none existent.. they’ve fully taken the payment and I don’t know if I’m even gonna get my shoes or not. Have ordered from here before with no issues, unfortunately they mustn’t be coping well with the current situation..

Avoid at all cost scammers Ordered pair of Β£130 trainers last Thursday 23 April 2020 not turned up the courier they use is Hermes what a joke of company lost my order still waiting after week a week now saying it’s going to take 28 days to sort it out joke of company will never order anything of theses scammers I would not recommend these company to any one they are rude and bad attitude on live chat long as they got ure cash they don’t give a damm avoid at all cost trust me ????

I ordered and paid for next day delivery, nothing arrived after 3 days, contacted customer service and was told I have to wait a few more days before they re-order or refund! Ridiculously poor service, will never use them again.

Cant understand all the bad reviews! I saw two pairs of trainers that I wanted on their website. Having seen all the bad reviews I was very hesitant to order anything. I decided to brave it and order just one pair that I liked. I received multiple emails letting me know the status of my order, and within 3 to 4 days my parcel arrived. Loved the trainers! So I decided I would order the second pair I had liked. Same thing, multiple emails sent regarding my order, and within only a few days, my second pair had arrived. And I love them even more than I thought! Such a pity people have clearly had bad experiences with this company, but I thought I should leave my review to say how great my experience with them has been. And would definitely order from them again 😊

Horrible experience. The delivery came late. After 1 hour the Nike running gloves were broken, we sent some pictures and they told us that we had to wait 28 days after we send the broken items to know if we were eligible or not to have a replacement!!!!! Those were my son birthday gift and we are very upset with the service. Please, don't use it. Buy in Amazon instead.

I'd give no stars if I could I'd give no stars if I could, ordered a pair of trainers for my daughter on 21st February, was told systems had been down and i would be refunded within 3-5 working days, that was on WhatsApp on 3rd march then on Facebook messenger I was told they'd processed my order on a different date, long story short still have no refund or trainers, customer service is pathetic I'd stay well clear of ordering from them

Writing this as a staff member. The company is seeing countless IT issues and I understand customer frustrating as there is nothing worse than ordering something and not getting it when it’s due. But please, I beg you, do not come into store and threaten or abuse our staff. We at store level have no control over web orders or issues regarding IT. We can only do what we can at a store level. We will try everything we can to help resolve any issues but we as staff in store do not deserve to be spoke to or treated like a bit of dirt. This is our job, we only do as we are told. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusted with the service that I’ve received I ordered my son a pair of trainers back in January which never arrived I am still waiting for it to be investigated I’m a single parent and couldn’t afford to buy another pair of trainers at another Β£80 Nobody returned your calls will get back to you

I ordered Vans on the 21st February and it still hasn't been dispatched, tried whatsapping them but they don't reply. I should have just ordered from the official Vans website because my other Vans came in two days.

DISGUSTING SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.... COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY ( in my case nearly Β£600) AND DOESNT SEND YOUR GOODS CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER NOT WORKING, ONLY WAY TO GET IN TOUCH IS VIA WHATSAPP. I’VE HAD ONE REPLY WHICH WAS USELESS. NO SIGN OF MY SONS BIRTHDAY PRESENTS SO NOW MY SON HAS NOTHING FOR HOS BIRTHDAY. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRENDOUS UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE YOU WONT GET YOUR GOODS

AVOID AVOID AVOID Unbelievable poor service, can not get hold of anyone, I have tried all social media platforms, Whatsapp, email and phone. I purchased my trainers Monday 24th March they have taken the money and I am still waiting. Tracking number does not work, no updates and an absolute shambles and embarrassment of a Company. How can you not update your customers, it does not take much AVOID THIS COMPANY at all cost. I am reporting them to trading standards, will be leaving them negative reviews on every review site I can find. We are consumers and have rights, what sort of a Company do you classify yourselves as? AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I have had an appalling experience with Footasyluum and it continues a month on. Twice they have sent me the incorrect product, the same incorrect product, a tracksuit top instead of boittoms. The products are incorrectly labelled in their warehouse as I have highlighted to them. They are IMPOSSIBLE to contact. When you email them they take a day or more to come back, sometimes they ignore you for days. Now, for about a week, you can only contact they via WhatApp as their email and phone lines have been down for days. I tried to ring but was repeated on hold for over 30 minutes at international call rates. I keep asking in my emails and WhatsApp messages to customer services for comebody to ring me but they don't. I had to return the first product at my own expense as I live in Ireland, but they have not refunded me though they said they would on receipt of the tracking number. They sent the same incorrect product again and now want me to return that too at my expense not having refunded me the first time. IF I COULD SCORE THEM LOWER THAN 1 STAR, I WOULD. If I had read the reviews on Footasylum on this site before, I would never have ordered from them and I advise other people not to deal with them either. Appalling.

Ordered on Sunday 16th Feb for next day delivery never arrived tracker number not available on online managed to phone onTuesday was given tracker said was with Hermes told wait till Friday as it’s policy then to report as missing and would get refund of nxt day delivery Called Friday was told order would be resent Saturday and new order number given then called Saturday told IT was down same Sunday, Monday phones closed Tuesday the online chat said phones lines still down. Sent complaining email and bounced back today saying not received my recipient. Used WhatsApp message yesterday and still no reply Β£120 of birthday presents for my son will definitely be now taking this to the ombudsman 😑😑😑😑😑
