Sent me the wrong trainers, made me do the leg work returning them just to be told they dont have the ones i ordered anyway. Complete waste of time. Would not recommend / use again.

I got the wrong size shoes and to return them I have to pay 160 dollars because I bought these from the USA, I paid 120 dollars for the shoes and Footasylum made a mistake sending them, why should I pay to return them. Don’t buy from Footasylum if you’re outside the UK; they will make you pay for returns even if it’s their fault.

This company should be banned from trading. My experience is as per the previous, they have stolen my money and may do the same to you.

Worst customer experience we have ever received. Returned a pair of trainers as they popped within a few days of having them yet we was told they didn’t receive the trainers WEEKS after returning them through Royal Mail. Was told to get proof of the return so we did yet still saying we have NO proof of even purchasing the trainers. £130 On a pair of trainers to be treated like this weeks and weeks after the purchase. Ridiculous. Do not recommend buying from here as this has happen once before as well! Fuming

AVOID!! I ordered a size large jumper on 27th December, they seemingly forgot to send it to me and asked if I wanted a refund or for them to resend I chose a refund, I then received the jumper yesterday only for it to be a size XS. I called customer and to say she was useless would be kind. They refuse to send me the correct sized product before they receive the wrong one. At a cost of £2.50 for me! I have asked for more help with this matter and have so been completely ignored.

My on line order has not arrived. And my 3 painful phone calls to Customers Services has achieved absolutely nothing. On each occasion i was told that my order (a gift voucher) was definitely in the post. The Royal Mail order tracking number I was given is not valid ,as checked and confirmed by their agents. I was not able to speak to a supervisor to try and rectify this as I was told they were only taking priortised calls. What a joke! I asked for my money to be refunded after 3rd attempt but was refused, which I believe is my legal entitlement. I have never experienced such incompetence from a retailer. Avoid at all cost.

Item was not delivered despite address had people there 24 hrs a day.i had also paid more for next day delivery!! No we missed you card Foot asylum said they would re-send item we checked they still showed 7 in stock but a week later after many emails they say the are out of stock and I have to wait three days for refund, great money left my bank the day I ordered by the time I get is back it will be close on Three weeks, Do that to a few hundred customers and your account is earning you good money, Customer service is appalling this is the worst company I have dealt with for a long time.

Regret not having read the reviews before buying from this company. I ordered a bum bag 2 weeks before Xmas and received an extra large Nike jumper.Tried contacting them numerous times but up to now haven’t heard.Decided to check them up before sending the wrong order and I wish I hadn’t even bought from them. How they are still operating with such a service-I wonder!

The Nike AirMax 97 shoes I ordered are so ridiculously fake that it’s comical!!! I have tried to reach out to this company numerous times with no success. I have already been to ny Bank to begin a claim for a bogus company, so I certainly hope that when I drop these off at the post office I have no issues with this return. This so-called company has nothing less than a complete scam

Will never ever order from this company again! Returned my order to the store on 28/11/19 to be told they couldn't refund me in-store so would return it for me & then my refund would be processed. We're now on the 30th December & I've had absolutely no communication from them whatsoever! No answer to the multiple emails I've sent or anything! Absolute joke of a company!

They said my order was processed but it wasn’t TWICE, I was so confused and afraid because I had our in my card information, I’m hoping nothing gets taken out of my card!!! Never ever ever ever shopping with them again EVER

Ordered a jacket from Footasylum online on 12 December and received a confirmation email with order number. Tried tracking a few days later after no new updates and no movement on item. Rang customer service on 17 December and eventually told only 2 in stock and the assistant expedited my order for next day delivery. No new email updates, no movement on order so rang again on 23 December to be told the item was out of stock and refunded would be given. This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had the misfortune to be party to. They took my money and then totally forget about me - never dawned on them to update the customer that the item wasn't in stock therefore not giving me an opportunity to get the item elsewhere. As this was a present for my son, he is going without his main present this Christmas. Absolutely dreadful, and I will never use Footasylum again.

Daughter ordered & paid for a pair of trainers on the 24th November, still no trainers no tracking number no confirmation email wasn't to concerned with waiting long, with it been Christmas, but nearly a month waiting now it's an absolute joke, tried contacting them on their website & their fb page, surprise surprise no answer from them... thankfully she has proof of where her money went to footasylum & working in law she'll be taking it further especially after reading these reviews...scamming people out of their money!!!

This is one of the worst places to shop. Customer service is horrible. Ordered a pair of shoes. They sent the wrong size. Tried to reach customer service and after 3 days they finally replied. Not reading the order they said bring the shoes back to the store. Living in the USA it would be impossible to hand carry them to the store. Then they said ship them back and they would pay £12.50 for shipping. Knowing they were being returned from the U.S that no where in the U.S could you ship them for that amount. I would not recommend shopping at this store.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Ordered items for Christmas on the 1st of December and received an email confirmation of my order. 15 days later and still nothing delivered so I emailed them, it took 4 days for them to respond to me telling me that my order has not been processed and would I still like the items. Yes I still wanted the items however the items I ordered were no longer available in the size I wanted. Have emailed asking for a refund. Will never order from this site again. £100 down and nothing to show for it.

I’ve tracked my return as having been received by Foot Asylum two days ago just spoke to a very laid back guy who is very chilled saying yeah “we may of got it back but the returns team do not work weekends so you’ll have to wait to till they get back in Monday & just keep checking for a refund every day” I returned them a week ago I think having had them two days it’s time for a refund?? Would you be so chilled if I didn’t pay you? Maybe if you sent an Adult size 4 instead of a baby size 4 (not described) on the advertisement then I would of kept them. Sort it out Foot Asylum, will not be ordering from you again terrible service all round!

Terrible experience with this joke of a company. Ordered new trainers on 24th November, still no sign of them on 14th December. After 3 live chats and a new order created as my original order ended up in the Republic of Ireland - still no confirmation emails of when they will be delivered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolute horrendous customer service - order elsewhere if you can.. even if it means paying a little extra! I ordered a pair of trainers which cost £109.00. Firstly they never arrived (which may have been down to Yodle the delivery company-who are also rather useless). Then footasylum sent another pair out, they arrived but turned out to be the complete wrong trainers.. footasylum then told me that the only way of getting a refund was for me to go out of my way down to my local collect+ store and send the trainers back, despite them being wrong and not the ones I had paid 109.00 for. I wasn’t expecting them to let me keep the wrong ones but at least come and pick them up from me! Customer service team were slow and unhelpful. No managers available to speak to, only way you can speak to a manager is to request a call back. I had to email a receipt from the post office to prove i’d sent the wrong trainers back and it still took ages for them to refund me. All that basically happened is I got robbed of £109.00 for a couple of weeks, had a lot of stress and headache all to end up with no trainers..... great.

I bought pair of Trainers online. And I waited for 2 weeks for the delivery. However, I didn't receive anything. I contacted them and they said it's been delivered. I was shocked, I didn't receive anything. When I bought the trainers they send a confirmation email, and on the email it says wait for a second email about the delivery and I waited for 2 weeks and I didn't receive the email. So, apparently this was delivered by Hermes and I also I didn't receive an email from them. So I recommend everyone to be careful when they buy something online. I signed Hermes Declaration form and I sent it back. I have no time to waste . I want to this to be sorted out quickly.
