“I ordered some trainers for my partners birthday next day delivery, they turned up next day fast which was brilliant cant fault there delivery in the slightest. but they were the wrong trainers and were for another customer! So had to send them back and they have given me the right trainers now! Giving 3 stars because the customer service was brilliant and they really helped me, if the customer service wasn't any good they'd be getting 1 star.”

“Ordered some shoes and got no order confirmation, I tried to contact customer support with no success, it’s like their support team is none existent.. they’ve fully taken the payment and I don’t know if I’m even gonna get my shoes or not. Have ordered from here before with no issues, unfortunately they mustn’t be coping well with the current situation..”

“My 15 year old son returned a pair of trainers and was refunded on his Metro bank card.The refund has not gone into his account still.They were returned in the 6 October and it is the 12th of November.Card machine mis read his card.Have now been informed by customer service to wait to the end of the month possibly.Was always a regular shopper but this has since changed.Have decided to contact Watchdog.”
