“I ordered namesets for £175 and one of them didn't arrive. I messaged them and told them about this. They claimed it was sent, which it obviously wasn't. Despite going back and forth with them, I didn't manage to get it sent to me or receive a refund. Only this reply: "Pls stop with all this hassle." The order list which they included in the parcel had the last row, the row of the missing nameset, cut off. When I told them about this they claimed that it wasn't included because they don't print page two of an invoice on paper. It wasn't even half an A4 page (so not near two pages) and was obviously cut with a scissor, so they were clearly lying. This was for me evidence that they left it out on purpose, and not an accidental mistake. Very rude and unprofessional treatment of their customers. This was my first and certainly last time I order something from them, and I would strongly recommend others to do the same. They're stealing your hard earned money and are playing Russian roulette with the namesets you've ordered. After messaging them and claiming I would leave a negative reply on every possible site, they blocked me on Facebook.”

“Avoid buying from this store. They are scammer The seller doesn't take any responsibility. I messaged him and didn't answer, always said wait, wait, and finally seller disappeared. Avoid this shop If you don't want to waste money for free”

“Purchased a couple sets prints from this guy and none of them can be used. ALL PRINTS ARE FAKE!! Totally wasted my money and trust. I would rather not to give out a star for this seller.”

“Worst customer experience I have ever had! They not only showed how unprofessional they are but when I had addressed a shipping issue they told me "It's not our problem" followed by "I'm scared to be talking to you" because I told them that USPS said it's a Royal Mail issue. A bunch of scammers that don't sell authentic shirts, patches, etc. but cheap Chinese versions. Will never buy again from them.”

oh my god - TOTAL NONSENSE!!!! the item is in usa pot service still with usps - how can it be a royal mail issue as it in usa - you havnt recieved so how can you blatantly lie and say cheap copys and abuse the review system - sorry to say but this idiot is trying to hurt my business by lying and talking garbage - shame on you michael goncalves you lying scumbag - OUR CUSTOMERS KNOW WE ONLY SELL OFFICIAL ITEMS AND ARE A GROWTH COMPANY!!!! i have zero tolerance for this abuse and lies and will take this further with our legal department as we have all messages and we have your contact details on our system everything you read above review is basically TOTAL BULLSHIT!!!!
