Still awaiting a £230 refund from the beginning of feb still not had my refund. It is impossible to get through on the phone, mu Instagram messages are barely ever replied to waiting lengthy amounts of time to get a response. Will never buy again.

Sent a order back in January 2023. Got a email on the 26th Jan saying I would be refunded within 14 days......still waiting for a refund. Sent emails but 1 email back. But am getting interest charges on my Credit card cos am waiting for the refund to go back on to that. Which they probably don't care about. Awful customer service. Lovely clothes. But definitely would never purchase anything again if I had to return it. Just think its such a shame for a big company that has no compassion for customers returns.

OMG ..you just can't get your money back when you return a item...not only are you charged £1.99 for the privilege, but after a return received by them with a refund in process received on 6/2/23...I still have not received the money ..they have the goods but its like pulling teeth trying to get your money back. I have sent several emails for a update and get a return one telling me they are busy and basically expect my money when it arrives. Disgraceful customer service..and as this has happened twice now definitely won't be buying from Seema and Co again. Go elsewhere..least you won't have to almost beg for your money back on returns.

Still waiting for my refunds for over £300 that was sent back in November. I had a confirmation of return received then they have not refunded anything. I had the same issue in July 2022 I never got my refund for the items I sent back and that cost £200. Worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!!

Very disappointed with this entire company. Like most people I bought into the whole Seema brand. But in hindsight, it is a farce. The dress I bought cost £6 for delivery. When it arrived it was cheap and nasty. The fabric was awful. I sent it back at a further cost of £4. Which in itself was annoying (£10 to try on a dress that wasn't even nice). They ask for 14 working days to reimburse you when they receive the product back. Which in itself seems unnecessarily excessive. But I have been waiting 20 days for my money to be returned. I've emailed them but they ask you not to send any emails as they are too busy dealing with other returns. This isn't good enough and a far cry from what I expected. But I guess that it is my fault for seeing what I thought was a smart woman and her business and dealing with her company based on this front. I feel as though she has made money from my trying on a poor quality dress and now is not in a rush to give me my money back. I would honestly tell people to avoid this business completely.

Posted 3 items back before Christmas. First class signed for.so I have proof of postage. Tried phoning, messaging emailing. Absolutely no response from anything. They keep changing their phone times and I get cut off all the time. I am fuming as we work hard and waiting for the refunds isn’t funny. Absolutely disgusting customer services don’t order from forever unique as you won’t get your money back

I sent back 2 items on the 4th January 2023 and to date, nearly a month later I have still not receive my refund. After several emails and messages sent to them, I have now raised a case with PayPal. I will not be ordering from this company again which is a shame as I have bought some beautiful dresses from them.

This is most probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with trying to get your money back even though you have your receipt for return is a joke. Customer service is horrendous so basically they work upon. Sending you out the item as quick as possible in the hope that they don’t give a damn If you return because they’re going to keep your money, no matter what. They should be held accountable for not giving you your money back.

Do not order from this company. I’m still waiting for my money back after I returned items. Royal Mail tracking shows they received the goods 6 weeks ago. Worst customer service I’ve ever received.

Do not buy from this company! I am still waiting on a £40 refund from July 2022 in December I thought I was finally getting the refund which they stated a refund was being processed and still waiting! Nice items but customer service is horrendous they just ignore your emails! Order number QZJJFKKN-1.. still awaiting refund …

Sent some items back from an order I made with them. Return arrived with them on the 12th of December. I chased it after 3 weeks, and I received an email after a few days saying that they checked and confirmed they received my return and that in maximum one week I will receive my refund. 2 weeks later I chased again as still no refund, and I received an email that "they are working hard on this", but with no date of when I will receive my refund. Would not recommend to order from them if you think there is a slight chance you might need to return.

Wouldn't give one star - Absolutely DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not refund. Received item back 29/11, had proof of receipt to confirm this. Emailed multiple times and only automated response. Luckily paid by PayPal and raised a claim who have just agreed in my favour and refunded
