I made an order with my new Forever21 credit card. Mind you, I was prompted to put in my F21 credit card info as well as my current address as i made this order. My package gets delivered to the wrong address anyway. So i call customer service and go as far as talking to a supervisor (supposably this was a supervisor) and top of being extremelt rude, they all told me that Forever 21 couldn’t do anything about it and just kept repeating that like i was stupid. They recommended that I go get the package myself (which is in a whole different city that is hours away) or that I call the delivery service to see if they can retrieve my package. So I call the delivery service and they say that they need authorization from Forever 21 to go get the package back (the delivery service also mentioned how notorious Forever21 is for bad customer service and how difficult they are) So I call Forever21 AGAIN and this man goes on to tell me that he saw that I spoke to a supervisor and that hes gonna tell me the same thing. So I say “I already understand that you guys can do absolutely nothing to help. All i’m asking is that you send an authorization to the delivery service so THEY can go get my package back”. He puts me on hold just to come back and say that he sent the request to a different department at Forever21 and that i’d have to wait till Monday to find out if they could contact OnTrac (the delivery service). So after speaking to 2 people, 1 of them being a supervisor, and getting no help. All I ask for is for this guy to send an email or phone call to the delivery service, which takes no more than 2 minutes, and he couldn’t even do that. This is the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced that I am actually disgusted by it. They sent me in circles and I end up with nothing whatsoever. No refund to my Forever21 credit card and no product at all. If I call your delivery service and even their customer service tells me how bad Forever21 customer service is, then that should tell you something. No winder Forever21 business has tanked over the years and they had to close most of their stores. I will never shop from them again and I will be closing my credit card account.

Ordered a rhinestone platform flat sandal. They sent me a snakeskin heel 🤦🏼‍♀️ Nothing even close to what I ordered. Wrong size totally wrong shoe. Wanted this for my upcoming trip. I have to wait 3-5 business days for them to send a return label. This isn’t the first time. Won’t get me again

I hated it my order never came one month later it came with only one of the clothes and it had a stain on it and was alll stretched out and completely ruined I asked for a refund no luck and did not get my money back do not recommend

I purchased a jogger for my daughter birthday that was two weeks ago. Today, I just received her birthday present. So, I got to attend my daughter's birthday with no present. Gotta love that. So, I open up the package and only half of the order is there. Only the bottom part of the jogger there's no top part. And the bottom part of the jogger is the wrong size. Not only did I go to her birthday party with no present to give her, I still can't give her a present because it's missing an item. REALLY? I call customer service who happily refunded my money and it will show up in my bank account in 7 to 10 business days. Which in my opinion, you mess up as bad as you messed up with my order my money better be there today PERIOD! When I let the customer service person know how disappointed I was with the company and how unprofessional it was she laughed at me. She actually laughed at me and hung the phone up on me. So, I call corporate office. Well good luck doing that because every voicemail is full so you can't leave a message nor can you talk to a human being. Even the operator was too busy to answer the phone and her voicemail was also full and you can't leave a message there either. In my personal I would rather go to Goodwill and buy anything from Forever 21. They don't care if you get your package, they don't care if you don't get your package. I was told to throw away the bottom part of the jogger which surprised me. In my opinion this company is Shady, they are rude, and there is no one to take responsibility. I says Pffft! Jodyb, Nevada The Pictures: They say the pants are small. Not true to size. These look extra, extra large. Made of poor quality. Not throwing away like instructed. Once torn in pieces, will make a great rags. Lmao!

I ordered clothes from the Forever21 website, but when I received my package, not all clothes were from Forever21. It seems like the third party owned it. I did not liked the fabric at all. What a waste of money. I used to shop a lot from Forever21 until this happened to me. I stopped buying clothes from here.

I placed an order with them and after seeing it sit in California for a week, I decided to find out why. After much runaround I was finally able to get a supervisor with FedEx who called the last facility the package showed up at. He told me that although a shipping label had been generated, Forever 21 had not presented the items to Fed Ex for delivery. So they generated a shipping label so that it would look like my items had shipped and were in transit when they weren't, so that their cancellation/refund policy wouldn't apply. Now I'm moving out of the states and this package definitely won't get to me before I move. So instead of just refunding me so I could go to a store in person and purchase items, my package is going to get returned to them as undeliverable and they're going to have to refund me anyway, or else I'll dispute it with my credit card company.

I ordered 6 zip hoodies at a reasonable price and got them in a reasonable amount of time given everyone is having delays due to postal delivery. I've just made two more and feel confidant they will also be delivered timely. So far, no complaints but I'll update this if necessary!

I decided to reluctantly give this company another try! Huge mistake! Of course my delivery date changed last minute, which ok fine, than the next delivery date came and no pkg. I spoke to customer service and was lied to. The person told me it was just delivered , so I go to the post office and no pkg. I speak to another customer service rep who confirms it’s not delivered but would guarantee it would show up by 9:00 that night or call first thing in the morning for a full refund. Of course I could see the pkg hadn’t even left the state it was shipping out of. So fine, the next day I get up to call after the pkg didn’t arrive but surprise! Customer service just so happened to be closed that saturday for some reason. Meaning I was lied to once again by customer service. So I have to wait until Mon to speak with someone. Mon I explain I had been lied to repeatedly, cancel the order and refund me as I was promised I would be days earlier. I was assured yes, we have put in for a refund for you, you will be refunded. Several days later the pkg arrived and I get an email from customer service stating my pkg arrived no refund would be given. Now I was already told days prior the refund was issued mind you. I explained I no longer needed the items and since they were still in their state to cancel the shipment, all of which I was told was done. Essentially all they did was lie and by themselves more time for shipping. Since it would have taken about a month to ship the items back, get the return process and get refunded I didn’t bother at this point because to be honest I doubt I would have ever been refunded anyways. Such horrible customer service and service in general! Refunds take weeks, shipping is never on time. It’s easier to throw something away and cut your losses than try and exchange or refund! Sad

I ordered two plain white tees September 6th and to this day i have never received them. I assumed it was cause of problems with covid, but it said it shipped the day i ordered it but the tracking number said it didn’t exist and they will not refund.

Terrible shipping and worse customer service , been waiting 3 wks for my order and have no delivery date set since it has changed 4 times already. Customer service refuses to refund me and told me to wait another week to see if it snows up per their shipper! I had no issues with another other companies I placed orders with the same day. They all arrived 7-10 days ago. I will never order with them again

Terrible customer service and shipping! I have been waiting for 3 wks for my order. Delivery date keeps changing and now says unknown. I requested a refund since I no longer need the items as they are so far past the original delivery date and I was told to wait for the items for another week per their shipper. Keep in mind I ordered from several companies the same day I ordered with this one and all other orders arrived 7-10 days ago, no issues , no change in delivery dates.

Placed an order on Nov 28th, it's been 2 weeks since and they still haven't even shipped my order (ON/Canada). There's no tracking info either. Surprisingly they replied back to my e-mail within the same day and said my order is still being processed (for 2 weeks??). If I read all the overwhelmingly negative reviews beforehand I would never have purchased from this company. They are scammers.

Horrible customer service when it comes to returns… All they want to do is give you in-store credit so they can get you back into their store! The amount of frustration and 40 minutes of waiting at a store because the girls had to call a manager three times because nobody knew how to do the return to PayPal… Vey frustrating..Even after 30 minutes trying to return it at the store they are making me pay shipping and dealing with all of the return on my own.. just lost a customer!!

Like other fast fashion brands, Forever21 uses lead in some of their products. Mostly the faux and dyed leather products. I discarded a belt because the tag had a lead warning on it (the belt was horrible quality anyway), but I was surprised because some of Forever 21's clothing items, like shirts and sweatshirts, are good quality. I also ordered a set of faux leather bracelets and I'm assuming they have lead in them as well, but I didn't see a tag and I like them a lot so I won't discard them. If I die of lead poisoning, you'll know why lol

I ordered $70 worth of clothes for my daughter on a Monday afternoon and received the items approximately the following Monday. Don't know where these people live who are complaining about waiting so long? And the cloths were exactly what I was expecting and my Daughter was happy with her mix and match outfits.
