“I shopped in your University Mall, Sarasota, FL store a few days ago. As I shopped, I experienced a wide variety of wonderful products and Associates who went over and above to help with different sizes, as well as everyone else who joined in to deliver a great customer experience. What I'm going to tell you next will SHOCK you! When I got home, I realized I had LOST my CREDIT CARD. In thinking about the last place I shopped, I figured out that Forever 21 was the last in my shopping trip. I called them because everyone was so thoughtful and kind. When the young man told me they had my CREDIT CARD IN SAFE KEEPING for me to pick it up this week, I really got goose bumps! I guess my feelings were right on! Thank you, thank you for saving me a myriad of phone calls to get my accounts straight!!! Sunny blessings! Joan Grier”

“I ordered $70 worth of clothes for my daughter on a Monday afternoon and received the items approximately the following Monday. Don't know where these people live who are complaining about waiting so long? And the cloths were exactly what I was expecting and my Daughter was happy with her mix and match outfits.”

“I ordered $100+ worth of clothes ranging from bathing suits, clothes, children's and accessories. The order came in EARLIER than they told us, all pieces were accurate and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! More online websites need to be like Forever 21!”
