It was so traumatizing and I couldn't talk to no one about it after this investors left me handicapped by taking my 25,00$ stopping me from withdrawal of my hard earned money. My search for redemption begins after a very close associate of mine told me about olive Recovery Specialist and I saw a lot of reviews myself and testimonies about them, finally reached out and to my greatest surprise what I thought was impossible became possible and mind blowing. Had for a couple of weeks now, looked after them barely any heat applied and they look ratty! Really didn't expect a huge amount of time from them but weeks is ridiculous. Also when placing order it allowed me to add a voucher code after purchasing I was then told the code wasn't able to be used as I had purchased from the outlet. This was foxy locks mistake not mine and as a goodwill gesture shouldn't of told me to pay or cancel order.

The hair colour was beautiful, but the designs of the ponytail was not great. It kept slipping out of my hair and the velcro would not stick very well. I have fine hair and it might have been better to do a thinner ponytail as it was hard to wrap round the base of my ponytail. I have orderd extensions in the past and been very happy but for me I feel I paid a lot of money for this ponytail and won’t be wearing it again. It’s hard to try the pony unless the labels come off and was unable to return.

I cannot comment on the product but the return process was disappointing. I wanted to exchange but I was made to return the extensions for £6. I thought if I wasn’t happy again, it would cost me another £6.

Hello unfortunately I need to make a complaint on my recent order, my hair extensions just came with a kink at the end which I literally can’t straighten out even tho it’s suppose to be real human hair? I use an oil heat protector and I use the correct heat as stated on the instructions but give it a couple hours and my extensions start to look so frizzy I take care of them i keep them stalled in its original box I carry a brush around with me to brush through my hair when necessary to avoid it getting tangled or knotty however none of this has worked I only wear my extensions on weekends if I have something special planned I’ve worn them 4 times and I’m really unhappy with the quality of the extensions for the price I paid

The quality of the products are great but the returns and customer service are non exisitng. If you buy the correct product frist time then you'll have a great experience but returning something is made incredibly difficult. I was sent a return label that I needed to print (noone has a printer anymore, just send a QR code like everyone else) I had to pay to print this off, just to take it to royal mail to post, for them to tell me that I have to go to a specific royal mail delivery office rather than just a normal post office (again, why? every other company you can just get a QR code and return via a normal post office). I've now recieved an email from the foxylocks team telling me I owe them £3 for this postage and nothing can happen until I pay that. The foxylocks product I bought was already £200, and now I'm expected to pay an extra fee? Why? Awful returns process, really dated and completely puts me off using them.

My hair is fine and the ponytail was too bulky to fix to my own hair plus it stuck out when attached and wouldn’t stay up . Too bulky for fine hair wasted my money to be honest 😞
