The bath bomb I got was my very first one in general. The scent was amazing and it left my skin soft! The ring I got was from the wrong collection, but after a quick chat with their live service, they are sending me a replacement from the correct collection. I loved the customer service, and how the ring I did get fit, that I went ahead and ordered 3 more!

Customer service has been very helpful on the very few times I have had an issue that needed assistance. There is a nice variety of choices and prices for bath bombs and options for the different ring styles that are in the bath bombs. Baths are so much more enjoyable and relaxing wit a bath bomb and my ski always feels so smooth.
