Read the reviews here about cancelling. The website says 'cancel any time'. Wait until you actually try to cancel the recurring subscription which is what you actually signing up for with your bank details. You have to either email or ring the company. I have tried to cancel but they keep 'misunderstanding' what I am asking for. I have withdrawn payment authority at my bank. Do you want to deal with a company where 'cancelling' means contacting your bank to block their attempts to take money from your account?

I'm not sure if I was just unlucky but every delivery (8 in all) included swapped or missing items so could not create the same display, poor quality and damaged foliage, and didn't last very long (even though I carefully followed the care directions). Very disapointed in quality and feel it is very expensive for what you actually get. They did apologise every time I contacted them but the quality never improved.

Awful. First lot of flowers are free but looked sad and unhappy. Second lot were better but so expensive. Trying to cancel and getting ignored. Avoid!

I love these flowers. They are always in good condition and we have never had problems with delivery. However the company continue to use these one use plastic covers for their flowers. Not only is that unacceptable with current plastic issues, but now this happened.

Literally impossible to get any honest person to act - once they have your details they bombarded you. Calls etc after you request cancellation. They refuse to cancel your account and remove your details. Terrible company

I have been a previous customer but had to cancel because I was moving and it was too expensive for me. Recently got a call for a half price offer and the customer service started out very nicely with kind offers but turned super rude when I declined twice. I was considering it for the future but won’t ever be coming back after this.

The flowers are beautiful when they get the delivery to the right property which they consistently fail to do.There is no email of delivery which most other mail order companies do so you have no idea whether the flowers have been delivered or whether yet again you must search for them at other peoples houses.they often do not deliver until evening and now the nights are drawing in I do not wish to search for flowers that have not been delivered.Appallinf service for a mail order company

I've ordered Freddies Flowers for over a year now. Sadly I've received flowers not particularly acceptable but kept ordering as we all need a treat, right? In the most part, customer service has been wonderful, the staff have been keen to rectify problems and always helpful. Sadly, my last box and probably my final order was quite frankly, dreadful. After much deliberation, I messaged FF with photos of the awful condition of the African lily stems, the flowers had fallen off, the stems were brown. Not acceptable at all. I waited and waited for an explanation but one month later, there has been no follow up or reply to my unfortunate problem. Sadly, I'm very reluctant to order again.

Really poor customer service. Flowers delivered to wrong address and I am left to locate them. When I do they are dehydrated and far too many emails later their approach is if the flowers aren't all wilted (you need to send lots of photos) then the hassle and inconvenience they caused you doesn't warrant a refund. Not a service worth having!

I have been using FFs for months. In the most part I have been thrilled, I enjoy the arrangements immensely. I have had on 2 occasions flowers arrive not up to standard and my emails were sadly ignored but the website is easy to navigate, all these people moaning about deliveries sadly haven't read the way this works. My flowers on ome occasion did not arrive, however it was an error with DPD and after one phone call it was rectified. I can assure you it is quite simple, you have a day and a cut off to cancel. I have now purchased the Vases too and I adore them, some of the choices are a little repetitve such as Lilys but I myself check it out each week and If I don't like what I see I can cancel the delivery. I have used another service (Bloom and Wild) and I believe this is superior. I will continue to use them as it has given me many hours of enjoyment, the highlight of my week is arranging them. Thanks FF

Freddie's Flowers came as a glitter of joy during Covid time, and I decided to keep it for longer. Everything little detail is carefully thought through and makes me feel like someone really cares and love the flowers they send. I would rate this 5 stars not just for an online flower shop, but for all the business and service I've ever used. It's a joy to receive, to organize and to look at. Also, their vase is the best, I'm happy I didn't gave it up. Thanks Freddie's Flowers! (I'm not being payed for this review :)

I do not want any more flowers sent. I did not like my first order. Too much foliage and the flowers are not worth the money.

Sent as a gift, within 3 days the greenery had brown tips, the flower heads outers were turning brown before the flowers opened. Even when we opened the box they looked dull and lifeless. Not impressed at all, this is my first experience with this company, and I certainly will not recommend them to anyone. Fresh flowers from your local shop every time.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! This company claims it is not a subscription service that you sign up to but that's exactly what it is. It is incredibly difficult to cancel as there isn't a cancellation button on your account details. I have (so far) emailed three times asking for them to cancel my subscription but without even the courtesy of any acknowledgement, let alone confirmation. You have been warned - buy from them at your peril.

I live near Saffron Walden and on two occasions since I have been ordering flowers from Freddie one look at the box told me they would not last the week. This week was a case in point. My three stocks died within three days and one of the antirhinums is looking very sickly. My daughter who lives in Islington has a weekly delivery and her flowers last well into the second week. Thus I believe those of us who live in the sticks are not getting flowers in their prime. I am going to give Freddie a couple of more shots and if the flowers are still found wanting I will cancel my subscription however hard it is. When I have roses in my delivery they last a maximum of five days, notwithstanding they are usually gorgeous. Incidentally two weeks ago I bought a £10 bunch of lovely flowers from Tesco and some of them are still looking reasonable. Way to go I think!

The flowers started off good value (about a year ago) but now pretty much look like a standard £10 bouquet of flowers from the supermarket (arguably even worse), plus an extra bit of long foliage. For £25, certainly not worth it. Ours have shown up damaged consistently but we kept giving them another go. Finally made the decision to cancel subscription.
